fantastic vibe and ambience, good class of people

when I asked for a late checkout it was immediately declined, stating hotel was 100% capacity. but it wasn’t, there were many rooms available because I checked. I don’t like this attitude, it’s the small things that matter. they could have helped if they wanted too but choose not to. disappointed on this aspect.

Favourite hotel in Vegas. Wazuzu restaurant is great. No smoke or stuffy casino smells. Clean and great environment. Lovely staff Coffee shop very convenient Close to Wynn restaurants.

Not sure why costs so much more ($150/night) for 2 queen beds compared to a king bed room.

Encore offers excellent service. It is well located on the Blvd and in walking distance from Wynn, Bellagio & Caesars hotels, thus you can attend shows or go to restaurants without the need of a car. The room is big, clean with a great view. Mine was towards the mountain and the golf course. The hotel offers shows, great restaurants, and many gambling machines (if you are into it).

Lack of free water, coffee or tea in room and hotel in general. The cost of 1 bottle of water is approx to 10$. The best option is to head to Walgreens, which is within 5mn walk, and stock up.

The hotel is a bit less touristy than the rest of the hotels on the strip, meaning that there are not hundreds of people wondering around the lobby or in the casino. The staff was great and really helpful. The room was clean and had all the comforts you’ll need. Best thing was the free parking!

What we really didn’t like is that the room might be spacious for two persons, but definitely not for three. We asked for an extra bed (which we paid) and we couldn’t move around the room! Yet on booking it says that it’s a great option for 3 persons. It’s not! Also, initially they told us that the extra beds are sold out and we were on a queue for the next available one and that the 3rd person will sleep on the coach (not a sofa bed, just a hard, uncomfortable coach) and that they have pillows and blankets in the closet, no sheet though. The room also seems really used, like ok it’s lux and not too old, but needs maintenance. Definitely not value for money, not for more than two pwrsons and I believe there are better options.

Beautiful property, very clean and well kept. Multiple pools to enjoy for family time and adult time. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice restaurants. Gorgeous decor. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Everything in the rooms were automated through Alexa w/ voice controls, such as curtains, lights, music, tv, etc. huge spa tubs.

The Spa amenities were not included in the daily resort fees and only a certain amount of spa day passes available for purchase. I tried to go right after check in at 3p and was advised there were no more day passes available to purchase and to try again the next morning as soon as they open.

Beautiful gorgeous property, luxurious vibes, spacious room, friendly attentive staff, felt safe, great casino.. won a few times during my stay. I requested a strip view and received it. This place is stunning. The buffet was spectacular. This hotel was a splurge and totally worth it.

Ice machine was a pretty far walk from my room. Also there was no fridge to store food or drinks. They should at least give a couple complimentary water bottles at the rate we’re paying.

A couple of friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Nice amenities and room size.

The reservations system was down for over 24 hours during my stay, which impacted my ability to extend my stay. The staff either didn’t know how many rooms were booked, or they were intentionally misleading us. We were told the entire hotel was at capacity when the reality is that there were plenty of rooms available by the time we had checked out of the room and back in again. This made for an incredibly stressful time as we had to pack up, move, and wait for the system to come back up. in addition, the nightclub sounds disturbed our sleep for an entire night. even though we were upgraded to the 57th floor, the music sounded as if it was right next door.

The hotel staff were lovely, but the best were the casino hosts were very friendly and helpful from managers to casino dealers. Such a pleasure to meet such wonderful people. Rooms are spacious and bars open all the time. Coming back again for sure!

The food for sure could improve and the AC. The rooms are affordable because everything else is expensive, but it's vegas so enjoy the ride.

Everything was smooth and seamless. We checked in very quickly and got an AMAZING room. Encore has to have the most opulent and luxurious entry level rooms of any place in Vegas. Absolutely incredible view and the room was picturesque and spotless! Unbelievable place and our only bummer was not staying longer.

Literally nothing - can't think of any recommendations or suggestions to make our stay more perfect. We just need to book for a longer trip next time around!

We LOVE this hotel - we have stayed here 3 times and we have loved it each time!! The staff is so professional and accommodating and always ready to help no matter what position they have. The rooms are SO clean and nice - you cannot hear other guests, every day the cleaning personel takes care of the room so everything is nice and clean. The pool is great and so is the casino - you feel at home here! The best hotel you can stay at in the US!
