The property has made recent upgrades in the recent years & I appreciated the ease of access from the first floor rooms to the exits for my pups to have streamlined access to the outside without disturbing other guests. Scott was the highlight of the trip between checking in after a long drive with ease, making sure everything was top notch during my stay, and the funny conversations in passing. As someone in the customer service field, it was nice to see his positive attitude exude through his interactions with other guests as well! Jordan welcomed my dogs with open arms (literally) & Matthew helped whenever he could to make sure I didn’t need help with my bags, key card, and held the doors. I visit Clarion every 6 months or so and this was my first time staying at the Quality Inn - it will now be the place I look for when I’m in town.

The over all stay was great. Stayed at this location 7 or 8 times. People are nice. Amy issues I had was taken care of for the most part. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Super friendly workers all around.

Over all I would say it good. Very little dislikes. I like getting the king size rooms because they have the jet tubs. However, only 1 works. These should be fixed as this is a great addition to the room. This would definitely ensure me keeping this my hotel when I'm in the area every 4 to 5 weeks I am in that area. Also the tubs are very slick. Something should be placed on the bottoms for safety. And the last thing would be better pillows.

Cleanest room we had in 2 weeks of travel, including an Airbnb. Real breakfast--eggs, sausage, the pre-Covid works. WAFFLES! Tara, the breakfast lady has a motto that "Nobody leaves hungry!" Truer words were never spoken. Everybody we interacted with was nice. Cheerful even. Huge bathroom. Really nice room. Comfy bed. Sorry we didn't stay longer.

Can't think of a thing. Oh, the pool was closed because it needed a new filter. Temporary and the staff was appropriately apologetic.

Front of house staff were great. Our room was roomy, plenty of space, good bathroom. Breakfast was included in the room price which was very reasonable to begin with. A good selection to choose from, both hot and cold. Good coffee. No restaurant for dinner on the premises. However, staff had some suggestions for dinner including the local Roadhouse (which you can see from the motel front door) just a 4 minute walk away which is where the four of us dined. Value for money there with a good menu range to choose from along with a drink at the bar prior to dining. Although we won't be visiting again (ours was a one off road trip) I'm comfortable in recommending the Quality Inn.

I’m not entirely sure of the name of the people I’ve been in contact with since booking a last minute room for a family emergency, but the ladies at the front desk have gone above and beyond to make sure our time here was smooth and seamless. (Whoever they were, they worked December 5/6) please give them my sincere thanks and recognition

My husband accidentally booked the wrong date and they were great to get us a room. It was 1 am and made sure we didn’t have to sleep in our car.

The rooms were not very clean. There was dirt and debris behind the end table. Several plugs in the room did not work.

I loved that they excepted animals and for a cheap price! The man up front was super nice and very respectful.

It was a little outdated but nothing was bad. It was only 100$ to stay the night. So in my opinion we loved it!

Love the pool, breakfast, king suite is always amazing, staff are very tentative to needs.

Building is starting to get old could use some repairs, our room above the tub looked lime it could use redone, but still love all the services.

Price was very good. Room was clean and everything worked properly.

Pillows too soft . Limited TV channels, was not able to watch pirates or steelers games

Breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices. Our TV didn't work -- but we got prompt help from the front desk staff and maintenance workers. They went out of their way to replace it very quickly with a working unit.
