Indoor and outdoor pools

Breakfast. Needed more options of healthy food. Had lots of sweet choices. No vegetarian options offered. In Hurst on business, but staying over an extra day for personal reasons. When we checking in, we notified clerk we would need our stay to be split and invoiced with the business trip separate from our last night there. We were told to just ask at checkout. The young woman at checkout said that was absolutely impossible and showed no further interest in us. We asked if it could be done another way and were bluntly told no, again with no interest in resolving the problem. We’ll try another hotel next time.

Front desk staff was amazing. Room was very modern and very clean. Very nice that soap, shampoo etc. was all provided. Breakfast was very nice.

Too many bed covers. Large think comforter was bulky, hard to adjust and way too warm. Toilet was very short. Hard for a 50 something with bad knees to use. Breakfast staff was not very nice. Kept stepping in front of guests when they were trying to get their food. Plates were very small - too small for regular sized waffle. When my son put his syrup on, it ran down the grooves in the waffle and off all four sides of the plate.

I am very satisfied with Hampton Inn. I had to check in due to unfavorable circumstances. It was below freezing weather and I had no water at my house due to the water freezing. I could not shower. I could not do dishes. I could not go to the bathroom. The weather made my life very uncomfortable. Hampton Inn is right around the corner from my house, so it's close and I could go home and check on my dogs. Also, I was very pleased to find out that Hampton Inn has washer and dryer access to the customers. I was able to bring my scrubs to the hotel and get them washed so I had fresh scrubs to wear to work. Hampton Inn had a very nice hot breakfast with several choices. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciate it. The fact that the shampoo and conditioner was phosphate-free and sulfate free parafan-free. That may seem like a really small detail, but it really isn't. That detail shows me that Hampton Inn does pay attention to the customer's needs. My overall stay at Hampton Inn was a very positive experience. I am grateful!

Very clean and comfortable room. Checked in very late (3:30 am) and Malik made it easy and smooth. Breakfast was wonderful and the grounds were safe and well maintained. Also, the 24 hour pool was a major bonus.

The pool area needs to be sprayed to prevent and deter the large cockroaches hanging out in the drains. Bugs are to be expected in such a humid environment however, I feel majority could be prevented.

Police station across the street. Multiple convenient stores and restaurants in area. Have stayed next door before and I finally had the chance to stay at Hampton Inn. Soccer tournament my team participated in was literally 1/2 mile away. Very nice area and very nice comfy hotel.

Not much room to swim in the indoor pool. Although there was lots of people cause of soccer tournament so it was understandable.

My room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and professional. I received great service and prompt replies to my requests. I was able to relax because I felt comfortable here.

The building’s wifi was being upgraded, so naturally there was some noise. There was also work being done outside, but it was necessary maintenance, so I wasn’t really bothered by it. It was nice to see that the building’s upkeep was a priority.

The sheets were clean and the room was exceptional. The price I paid for the room was great to. I have paid the same price for other rooms in other hotels that did not meet the standard of this room or the hotel. Breakfast was great as well. It wasn’t just the basic cereal, waffles, and bananas other places have. My family will definitely be staying here again!

Location convenient to Highway, newly renovated top floor, breakfast is robust and hot, breakfast staff kind, professional and great work ethic!

10/30 stay: Night reception staff was camped out at a table in the breakfast area with her cell phone/charging cord, talking on speaker to her friend while eating a snack. We seemed to be a bother that she had to get up and do her job to check us in. once she completed the transaction, she went straight back to her make shift office and got back on the phone with her friend. (In all of my travels, I have never seen this behavior in a hotel front reception staff.

Top Floor renovations were complete and really nicely done. Night Staff/Breakfast Staff had impeccable work ethic, kind and professional. When we arrived, there were fresh, hot cookie, snacks, beer and wine. Rooms are nice and Beds/Pillows are GREAT! Breakfast is robust and hot. Has a very nice enclosed pool, a work out room and nice fire pit area.

The previous stay (10/30) night reception desk staff was lazy and sitting at a table in the breakfast area as if it were her office or where she was bedding down for the night (like she was entitled). not something I have ever seen in all of my travels.

Clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed.

They just asked last name, not first name on check in and gave me the wrong room. But was able to change. Then on check out, my receipt showed the wrong first name and the points were credited to the person on the receipt and the lady told me she couldn’t straighten this out.
