The lady at check in was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was Terrific and bed/pillows very comfy

It was a very short stay (1night) and I did request early check in not realizing it may affect the room location I had requested at booking (ground level w/patio facing beach) so that is on me, I didn't even say anything because our stay wasn't long enough to really matter too much and the path to the ocean was under construction which was disappointing because we did not know that until we tried to walk to the ocean. We drove and the drive to the beach was not far so easily remedied

We thought the staff was super friendly, and very helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The whole vibe of the place was very comfortable and laid back. The breakfast was really yummy too. We enjoyed our stay very much.

When we booked the room on the site it said that we would have the main floor with a balcony. But we ended up with a 4th floor room instead. It wasn't really a big deal, but it was kind of a dissapointment. But the room we got was very nice. And the pool needs better ventilation, the room was pretty strong with chlorine. I had to open up all the doors just so our eyes wouldn't burn.

The AC/heater, the ceiling fan, the mirror separate from the bathroom, the built in hair dryer, the available plug ins, the cable TV, the closet with available hangers iron and iron board, the indoor pool, the hot tub, the short fun walk to the beach through the little "jungle"/field, the friendly staff, the grab and go breakfast, the easy access to shops and many things within walking and short driving distance, the quick and easy check in and check out process.

The staff was very nice; I had submitted a request for a walk in shower that had not been communicated to them. They did find us a room with the shower and upgraded us to an ocean view and a larger room for no additional cost.

The bed wasn't very comfortable for me and I had a hard time finding a good place to sit that I could get up from again. As someone with mobility issues and chronic pain these things are very important. Also, the breakfast wasn't as good as most Comfort Inns in the past-that is mostly due to Covid and they are working to resolve it.

That booking.com said our room we booked was ocean view and it wasn’t so we upgraded and had to pay more for a 3rd floor room and then they don’t have balconies. Not the properties fault, it’s booking.coms fault.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good choices though tended to run low too soon.. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was a bit small and the toilet was too low to the floor. Hard on those with weak knees.

Excellent people comfy bed

Towels were small and only 1 each, rather thin. Pillows rather old and wearing out. Booking said this was 8 miles outside of Westwood, however it was 43 miles by vehicle, long drive to get to the hotel. Across the water does not count...this is for Booking! Please give accurate facts...would be very tough on a cyclist to put on extra miles late at night.

The staff were friendly and inviting. Complimentary breakfast was very much appreciated. Nearly every place in town opens late morning, having a hotel breakfast was easy and convenient. My favorite part of our stay was the beach access trail! A tad overgrown but it made for a fun little adventure walk down to the beach.

The property has very good location either access to the beach and shopping stores, rental bikes and cafes. It’s clean and safe for families with kids. They provide very nice breakfast and coffee table with hot water and coffee, tea, sugar etc. is available 24/7 what I really appreciate. Parking is included in price and staff is very friendly.

I wish they can renew the mattresses and bedding linens.

I enjoyed the quiet of the hotel despite being quite full. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the whole hotel, and the only issue with the rooms are the bathrooms are too small.
