Clean, courteous and ease of access to a la carte order with the restaurant near by.

This is a five star hotel, but you cannot charge to your room and they don’t even allow to deposit a fee to charge against the liquor or beer at the pool which does not give the feeling of 5 star hotel like any 5 star hotels that I went through. When I addressed this issue at the checkout, they were willing to take deposit. When I returned three days later from a trip, they did not allow this service at check in. I know it’s cumbersome but it is the nature of 5 star with so called excellent service, pls try to address this issue.

Excellent service by the front staff, facility staff. Quick and accurate outcomes. The Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor is one of the best in town. Fresh fish, meat, vegetable dishes. Great dimsums too. Reasonable price. Hotel location very close to the airport, so no need to worry about traffic when heading off to catch a plane.

The TV was not working properly and the wifi connection was unstable. Shower curtain needed replacement.

We stayed at this hotel on a local's recommendation, and we had a wonderful stay. My uncle dropped his wallet in the lobby and they made the effort to return it to him after doing due diligence to make sure he is the rightful owner. A big thank you to Hoa and Linh. Breakfast was great, and there are a few good eateries within the hotel. Rooms and corridors were clean. There is a nice sunny pool on the 4th floor and a gym in the next building just 1min walk away. There's a convenience store across the road. Generally happy, and will stay here again. Another thing we like abt the hotel is its proximity to the airport. Less than 10min car ride. Easy to call a Grab (local uber) to anywhere. Never have to wait for more than 5min.

I wish the steam room and sauna at the pool men change room were working. That would have been nice. We couldn't get it working when we were there.

Good size rooms and a great breakfast. Handy for travel to and from the airport.

Bed was rock hard!

The location is about 8 minutes to the airport. The breakfast is so great with so many choices of Vietnamese foods and Western foods. The foods are very delicious. We did enjoy breakfast here. The relax massage & spa treatment is very good to try after landing a long flight (reasonable price, good massage skill & facilities). I surely recommend this hotel to my family & friends or anyone who travel to Ho Chi Minh City.

The floor carpet is a bit old and may cause a minor smell (not easily recognized). It'll be definitely very good to change the carpet or wooden floor.

Missing the toilet paper and tissue when I get into the room

For us the location was perfect, it is close to the airport, 20 minutes taxi ride to the center. The pool area is really nice, our children loved it. The breakfast has a huge selection especially in Asian food. Lots of restaurants are inside of the hotel. Our suite was huge and comfortable, the bed and the pillows are super comfy too.

I liked pretty much everything. There is a lot of traffic around the area, hard to cross the road.

Big and clean hotel, very good breakfast. It has a bathtub that is huge advantage! Friendly stuff, swimming pool is small but good.

All good, but it would be nice to organise some smoking area outside, it’s not very comfortable. Also the water from bathtub always on the floor, because it has gap between the wall.

This is our "go to" hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The rooms are clean and roomy, the lobby is beautifully decorated, the pool is clean and refreshing, the staff is polite and very helpful. But the best reason to keep returning is the breakfast! It is amazing with so many choices, the biggest breakfast dining experience we've ever had. The hotel is also close to the airport - 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic. We have stayed at this hotel several times and highly recommend it.
