The location of the hotel is great: it's right on the pedestrian zone. It is on a "party" street with several bars and pubs but we slept there on a wednesday night so it wasn't too noisy. Had it been (like several reviews stated), we would have had ear plugs in the room (given by the hotel). The hotel is up a steep staircase but it actually didn't bother us too much even with us carrying our bikes up the stairs to the room! The room was just the right size for 2 people (+ bikes) and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was small but was actually more than enough (bread, cheese, ham, jams, Nutella, eggs, vegetables, juices, tea, coffee). Being celiac I had asked in advance for gluten free bread and was given 4 warm bread rolls, which was great! All in all a pretty good experience and good value.

The whole hotel could use a few updates (like a TV with chromecast option or better curtains/door in the shower) but all in all it was all good!

Great location in the city center. The hotel was surrounded by bars and nightlife, but our room had good sound proof and there were also ear plugs provided in the room, so we weren't disturbed. The room looked like it was recently refurbished, very nice and tidy. Friendly staff prepared gluten-free buns for breakfast upon request and also gave us tips where to go and what to see in Aalborg. We loved that breakfast was included! Very good price-quality ratio!

It was a little bit hot in the room one night. The bathroom floor stayed wet quite long, would have wished to have something to wipe it off. No air-conditioning. Air vent was a bit noisy, so be prepared for that. No major complaints. We´ll be back if ever in Aalborg again :)

Great location in the middle of city center, good breakfast, and quite small but comfortable room. The staff was very friendly, during breakfast they keep refilling products, to make sure it's enough for everybody. Hotel has all you need if you are exploring the city or going out to the bars and just need a place to sleep and have breakfast. Overall great value for the money, compared to the prices around that location.

A lot of noise coming from the hallway through the night and poor noise cancelation in the room. We were staying here on the weekend, so there were a lot of noisy people coming in and out of rooms even in the middle of the night. Most of the rooms have windows not to the street but to hotel's lounge room.

Very good location, the hotel is in the middle of the city. The railway station and the bus station is 10 min by foot from the hotel, 7/11 supermarket right in front of the entrance of the hotel. You can find many pubs and restaurants right next to the hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful, the room is cozy and the breakfast is good.

The bathroom was tiny and the blackout curtain was not dark enough so the outside lights were visible during the night.

Nice small hotel really in the mid of the town. Friendly staff. Many attractions and restaurants nearby. Parking garage nearby and a discount for that. Good beds. Nice breakfast.

I should have asked hair dryer from the reception in the evening but according to Booking descrition it was available in the room. We stayed overnight on Sunday and the area was peaceful but Friday- Saturday area might have been full of music and gabble (good to know for older ones :) )

A great location, on a central pedestrian street. I was travelling with two huge suitcases and a musical instrument and had some help from my taxi driver, but it's to bear in mind if you need to be able to drive to the door of the hotel. Stairs up to reception BUT a great stairlift that can be used for luggage too. Really friendly and accommodating staff, a lovely simple and tasty breakfast and spotlessly clean. My room faced in to the breakfast room so no window to the outside, but that didn't matter for a short stay. Excellent, will return.

Pleasant staff, tasty breakfast. Everything was clean, even though matresses easily drop off the couches. Complimentary earplugs help to sleep in the noisy quarter.

WiFi connection is poor, vidcalls break off. Sometimes it is impossible to connect at all for several minutes. Toilet paper is often missing. When present it is never more than one roll, so you know that it ultimately runs out when it is needed. It is impossible to cover entire window with rolls, since there is not enough space for them, and they do not cover entire window.

I like the location, nice staff and cleanness.

I expected for availability of a small toothpaste and shampoo. However I bought them separately. for a short trip a person needs to have toothpaste and shampoo with less than 100ml so usually I don’t have mine in a cabin luggage. Hopefully my room was in the first floor but old people need to check which floor will be their room.

Very tasty breakfast with a good variety of ingredients. Located in the heart of the city, close to any place of interest one wants to visit. Cheap parking with free night time is located nearby (1-1,5 km).

I would expect a small shampoo (something like a cleaning kit in the room) and maybe a boiler. The television control was not working. Probably out of batteries, but I could watch television once I set the channel from the integrated TV buttons. If I would ask for it I'm sure the staff would replace the control, but since I stayed only for two nights and it was ok like this for me. Most importantly, I asked for a quiet room and the room I was given was ground floor, right next to the breakfast room. If it wasn't for COVID-19 low road traffic and reduced visitors this would be a bit of an issue, since I was travelling the whole day and all I needed was a good sleep and breakfast in the morning.

While staying in the hotel I encountered an unexpected problem and had to shorten my stay at the hotel and book another hotel. The manager, Ms. Magdalena, was unbelievably helpful. She sat with me very patiently and helped me find the way out of my trouble! I appreciate this very very much
