If I could give more than 10 I would! This is one of the loveliest places I've ever stayed. The location setting is stunning, beautiful forest, flowers, bushes. My room was spotlessly clean. The shared bathroom was spotlessly clean. The communal kitchen was spotlessly clean. I slept really well, the bed was so comfy. The owners were so friendly, my plane got diverted to another Danish airport so I messaged them via Booling.com and they responded quickly telling me not to worry that I would be checking in late. I walked from the airport (I like exercise) but a taxi would probably only take 5 mins. I also easily walked to Legoland and Billund centre, but again, a taxi journey would be short, less than 10 mins. I felt completely at ease as a solo traveller, both at the accommodation and in Billund itself. I didn't get the breakfast (that you can pay extra for) but i saw other families eating it and it looked tasty, varied, and plentiful. Honestly I cannot express how lovely this place was to stay. I will definitely be returning with my son, hopefully next year :)

Very nice place and great host. We had everything we needed. The host helped us to order very tasty Pizza and we rented bikes from him ( we were family of 4). We went everywere with bikes, it was very close ( Legoland, Lego House, Aquadome, Wow park). The place itself is beautiful- it is in the forest, kids have swings, trampoline and soccer field. There are two ponies you can feed and pet. We really enjoyed our stay.

It's a very good and quiet place with wonderful areas around and a very kind and nice couple of owners. There are a lot of flowers on the territory and a forest around. The place is very clean and you have everything you need there. Thanks a lot♡

We were walking on foot all the time, so it was about 20km a day to go to Legoland or Legohouse and come back. But it was okay for me and the kids, so it was not a problem :)

Easy to locate, just outside the main part of the town, but only a few moments on bike or a little longer of walking down the lane to Billand town. Even though we flew in, taxi to the accommodation, we rented bikes from the owners for the duration of our stay, so we could have the local experience rather than taxi or car rental options, definitely recommend with all the bike lanes.

Mary greeted us with a beautiful smile and then guided us to our room that was private, spacious, and clean. We stayed three nights and took advantange of breakfast prepared by Mary each morning. Although breakfast was not included in the price of the room, it was worth the extra cost in quality, quantity, and value. There were several different songbirds on the property that added to the peaceful setting located just outside the city limits of Billund. While we enjoyed our visit to the city of Billund and the famous Lego House, we looked forward to returning to the privacy of Gregersminde at the end of each day.

I would not change a thing. it is unique and special just the way it is.

The highlight of our stay was most definitely the hosts themselves. They really couldn't have done enough for us . Gregersminde , for English speaking people pronounced Greg - ors - min - they , truely is a beautiful place . We spent our mornings drinking coffee in their private forest and were lucky enough to be visited by wandering Deer and their fawns almost every morning. If you want to visit Legoland, The Lego house or Lalandia (water park), as an adult (AFOL) or with the family, but do not want the kaos or investment/price that comes with a busy hotel, then this is the place for you . It's a 20/30min walk to the town , a short bike ride or a shorter taxi 😁 Eric will provide you with a card for ringing taxis, they are local men and women drivers and prices are very reasonable. Around €12 - €14 (110dkk) each way . And YES, they do accept bank card ! The rooms here are exceptionally clean and really warm . Shared kitchen space and a large sitting room with tv and sofas . We will definitely be back 🙏

The only thing we didn't like was how quickly our 4 days in Billund passed 😭

A lovely place near Legoland and Legohouse. The owners are kind and caring. The location is beautiful. We took a taxi from Legoland after it closed (~$20 USD), which was well worth it as we were tired. You could take the city bus (must have cash on hand!), bike, or walk. The Netto grocery store is nearby and the little en suite kitchenette allows you to cook. Next day, we walked to Legohouse from this location.

Visited billund and the surroundings, this place is by far the best accomodation in billund. Apartment has nice view on two cute ponies and everything you need to cook your own meals. and this might be a weird + but i dont think i ever slept as good at any accomodation when travelling as i did here. Could have something to do with the air nature or even the bed, but it was deffinetely a very comfortable stay!

My 8 year old son and I had a fabulous time at this hotel! We had a spacious room with a well-equipped kitchen! Clean and comfortable bathroom, soft beds and a warm blanket! (for people who like a hard mattress, it may be too soft). The room has a huge window with a view of the ponies! The owners of the hotel are very nice people! I was worried that we would have a long way to Legoland. According to the map, it is 2.4 km on foot. But we were able to overcome this distance every day with our 8-year-old son. In the morning, when we had to get to Legoland, we hitchhiked. Danes are friendly people! Thank you for a wonderful vacation! The hotel is wonderful!!!

This information is for other hotel guests. This is not a minus, but rather a feature: The distance from Legoland and Legohouse is about 40 minutes on foot along the track (3 km), without a sidewalk. If it is far for you, you must take a bicycle or a car. But we walked. It is also possible, but you have to evaluate your strength!

The location, in the middle of nowhere, which we prefer. Loved the little kitchen and the view of the forest, bathroom and electric beds.

Location, it is 25mins walking to the town and taxi can be expensive. Definitely better if you are driving car. We borrowed bicycles from owners and had so much fun riding around the town (only 13mins), Lego house, LEGOLAND! Amazing option and next time would do exactly that again!
