I found the layout of the accommodation all on ground level as mini apartments , outdoor table tennis and a football pitch and believe there is lake behind the hotel for fishing. The hotel is situated on a straight road to Billund airport and LEGOLAND with a bus stop opposite. Staff spoke very good English and went out there way to help me with emails and document faxes. main reception has a restaurant and bar and a comfy seating area with a large flat screen tv. There is also ample free parking on site and shops and supermarkets about 1.2km away. very quite with no traffic noise. Thankyou to all the Staff and hope to return someday.

- The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable, and the heaters worked amazingly well. The entire place has plenty of green around, clean and beautiful architecture and every view is calm and nice. - The staff was incredible! They were always smiling, helped us with directions, even with weighing our luggage when we left. We asked for a towel change and they also tidied up the room a bit which was really nice. - The breakfast was a basic buffet, but the food was very fresh and delicious. A lot of delicious cheese of different types, plenty of vegetables, butter and nutella for the bread and some other spread, two kinds of warm pastries for dessert, eggs, bacon - everything you need for a breakfast that fuels you up for the day. Very nice natural juices and pretty decent coffee too! P.S: If you choose to travel by bus, don't forget to press the "Stop" button before you want to get off at your station, because there are absolutely no sidewalks near the hotel and there are plenty of cars around.

The bathroom would deserve a bit more attention (there were soap spots on the sink and the tissue box was not brand new, it was open) but it's nothing some wet wipes didn't solve.

Rooms are large and well equipped and so is the bathroom. People at the reception desk are nice and helpful. Free parking space in front is a big plus. Breakfasts are fine, though coffee could be better ;-) Restaurant serves really nice food in the evenings. Area around is big, there is a football field and a playground for kids.

Rooms are dark and bit stuffy. Only a single small window is not enough to give light to such big room. There is no AC so it can get quite warm in sunny days.

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the stunning view of the surrounding nature. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location, just 3 km away from Netto, Lidl, and the City Center, made it easy to access all necessary amenities. The hotel is also just a short 15-minute drive from Legoland, Lego House, and Lalandia in Billund, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to explore the area. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is very nice and right outside is the big playground so it was perfect for our toddler. They have play room too. The bed, pillows are very comfy. The room is fits for 2 children and 2 adults. They clean our room (tidy up) we didnt expect that they will clean it. We get everyday new towels. I really recommended this hotel specially for those who have kids. The staffs was very friendly.

The breakfast it was not so much choices.

Food was excellent - a limited menu allowed for exceptional standards. The staff were all so friendly and helpful without being obsequious or overbearing. Easy access to the airport and Legoland (15min bus ride), but peaceful and quiet as well. This really helped turn my mood around after cancelled flights stranding us.

Only downside was how wet the wet room floor got with the gap beneath the shower door. Minor niggle overall

A very good base for a couple of days at Legoland (10-15 minutes away) if one travels by car. The surroundings were green and pleasant; the room and facilities quite good. The hotel is arranged like a US motel building, all at ground level. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

As a general rule, evenings meals in hotel restaurants in Denmark are extravagantly priced, which was also the case here.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were very good too. The room was very comfortable and clean too. There is a bus stop that serves Billund very nearby the hotel. The kids loved the playground at the hotel too.

The hotel is a bit far from the nearest village to walk in with kids. However, this is nitpicking as there are sufficient facilities at the hotel.

Friendly staff. Child friendly property with playground, indoor playroom, sports facilities and space for the kids to run around. Handy location for visiting Lego Land and other attractions in Billund.

Beds a bit soft. Breakfast a bit monotonous for those staying many days as nothing changed day to day. Not exactly cheap. Though, it was peak summer season.

The location is incredible and the staff is super friendly. Bus stop in front of the hotel which is 15 mins away from Legoland, Lego House and Lalandia. It has a small but useful playground as well.

The only things that we didn't like is that the reception area closes at 22.00pm and we had to go to our rooms. Breakfast was short of options but not bad.
