After a long day traveling it was nice to be welcomed and accommodated quickly at reception. Found everything to be inviting, clean and comfortable. And myself and co workers found the food to be excellent and the service while sitting out on the decking terrace

Breakfast was at 06:00 and we had to leave at 05:30 but that's my only bad outcome of my stay, we were offered a takeaway breakfast but we would have to pay extra which seemed unfair since we had already paid for breakfast in the original price

The staff were excellent. We received a parking ticket in the Hotel carpark for not displaying a disk even though we had paid. Staff were nearly as outraged as we were and took it upon themselves to contact third party to resolve. Apart from this very professional and friendly, happy to give recommendations about restaurants etc. Room was comfortable. Food in restaurant was reasonable. We were there during a music festival in the square in front of hotel. Whilst noisy was fun! Hotel felt more corporate than we had been used to in Denmark.

Breakfast was pretty average. Make sure display disk or letter from hotel When parking.

Nice to have a hot option. Scrambled eggs where lovely, the cooked bacon was lovely, Very crispy. the bread was delicious. nice selection of cold meats and cheese. the hotel was in an excellent location. our rooms looked onto the square which was lovely

the Sausages at breakfast could be better quality. the bar could be opened a little later. we were told it closes at ten but it actually closed more like 21.20. we did find a bar called the King george a 2 minute walk from the hotel served by jasper. great spot. the shower could be hotter and pillows could also be better. the square was busy and noisy on Saturday night until the early hours of Sunday morning but it really didn't bother us

Everything was delightful. We had a great experience staying at the Britannia Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and quickly resolved any issues. Breakfast included a wide variety of rich and delicious dishes. Yes, it was the best cuisine. The service was five-star.

The room was comfortable and clean, although instead of a regular double bed, we had two single beds put together.

Rooms were very clean and well appointed, the bathroom very nice with a roomy shower. The breakfast buffet was small, but well stocked, including an option for fresh waffles. The hotel is centrally located right at Torvet, excellent for local entertainment. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful.

The beds were a little soft for my taste; I prefer a firmer mattress.

I really like the location of the hotel. It's in the heart of the city. The bed is sooooo comfortable and the room is so clean. Everything is spotless. They have a water boiler and coffee and tea in the room which make our evenings cosier. The breakfast is also good. My fave was the opportunity to make my own waffles 🥰 The staffs were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's interior furnitures and decos made the hotel very homey 🥰

We had beautiful days there for our civil weeding we liked the localisation it was near the office directly u can see it from the room we liked the vue and that's its in the centrum near everything and the worker was realy nice they celebrate with us and even offer free drinks ,good Times

The bathroom can be more good there .We were ordered room from application and it was different from the pictures from app , everything alse good

Very helpful and friendly staff with a ton of attention paid to you as a guest. Got offered free water bottles and fresh towels when I visited the gym by a staff member who just happened to pass by.

Only real minus was the quality of the toilet paper considering the price of the room and otherwise excellent quality of the facilities.

Location is excellent as the Hotel Britannia is in the main square. Close to train, bus & ferry. Lovely breakfast and restaurant. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The highlight was the exceptional service from Mia who greeted me at reception and explained everything throughly, also offering great tips of places to see locally. She is a huge asset to the hotel.

central place, everything was clean, quiet room, delicious breakfast, enough hotel parking spots as well as a public parking garage (free during the night and partly the whole weekend) next to the hotel
