the location is exceptional, very near to the beach , the staff is friendly and helpful, the swimming pool is very relaxing

probably the only thing that we didn’t like was the breakfast, is not exceptional like the reviews shows , but the bad part is that the food is the same every day , 12 days eating the same from a buffet , that’s not nice , same eggs , same fruit , same fried and hard sausages , same juice daily …

I thought the location was great, right in front of the beach. There are many restaurants close by. The pool to the facility is beautiful and the breakfast was great and included.

The only two things I didn’t like was it’s hard to find. They should have a bigger sign or better directions on the booking site. The other would be the two bedrooms aren’t close together. I have two small children and you need to go up stairs and walk outside to the balcony to access the second bedroom.

Great location, the apartment is fully equipped and just perfectly designed. Swimming pool area is well curated

The staff might need to coordinate better their training: they gave us contradictory information a few times. they were lovely otherwise

What I liked about the condo was that it was clean, the staff was very nice and it was very close to the beach.

I wish that on arrival I was told that I had access to the chairs on the beach and to the shuttle.

Great location, excellent food , comfortable accommodations and a very warm and caring staff.... what a pleasure to be surrounded of such nice humans!!! The breakfast included was a good option , plentiful and the coffees delicious. The bar at night gets a nice crowd,,, a bit noisy, the music loud BUT that's almost everywhere in the DR!!!!

We aren't really breakfast peeps. We just do coffee but if you are a breakfast person, there was something for everyone. Not to mention, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and lovely,

Everything was wonderful!

The property was super clean inside and out. It has all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. we especially enjoyed the spectacular views from the penthouse and attentive reception staff.

There was nothing not to like about the property.

We loved everything about our stay at the Louisa Aparthotel! The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was great (and the water was warm)! Close to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants but still quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be going back!

Lot of details were not perfect, staff keep smiling but not that helpful. Breakfast were not that good :-( Big cocroach in the room.

Beautiful property with a short walk to a beautiful beach. Spacious gorgeous apartment very clean and have all the supplies to make your own meal.

The bed had me lusting for my bed at home. It was hard as a rock which made sleeping through the night difficult. If they upgrade those mattresses it will be all 10's for me.
