Location, pool and staff were all great!

Lack of restaurant or near supermarket and some noise from neighborhood property construction, but that’s not their fault.

It's a lovely apartment near the beach, very comfortable. It was clean, the bedding was freshly washed and smelled really nice. I had a lovely night sleep.

One day there was no electricity nor water, nearly a full day. We understood that it happens, but total lack of care from the side of the people in charge made us cut the stay short. We felt abandoned and left to ourself.

the space of the accommodation was excellent and the bedroom wonderfully done.

The beach area has runoff that was quite smelly. Pollution from the area being so over built clearly overwhelming the sea. What is it that the cities most beautiful asset is so poorly looked after. Is there even a sewage plant to treat waste? Take away public bins please as they seem to just be ravaged by the wind and most of the rubbish sucked out and ends up in the sea. People carry all the full packaging and then cannot take their empty and light waste back home to dispose of leaving it to the city to try cleaning 100's of bins which is never that efficient sadly. Also loud building works going on around the property. Surely wont be forever though and the buildings going up will add to the location for sure.

We loved this place! Close enough to the action, removed enough from the noise - could walk on the beach every morning and could walk into town or catch a "motorbike taxi". So many options: cafes, restaurants, beach bars...etc. Credit cards are not a big thing - make sure you have cash - it is the preferred option of currency. French, Italian, Spanish and English spoken everywhere.

The "grid" went down in a few places and we were told that this is not unusual. We travel with a handful of battery operated "tea lights" which came in handy. Keep in mind when this happens everything goes down: AC, fans, electric fridge...come prepared. Mosquitos can also be an issue so "OFF" is important to have.

The price, size and location were great. I will come back and also recommend to family and fiends. I like that it was walking distance to the beach.... less than 10 min. walk for me. I like that we could walk/drive to restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, etc. great location. Thank you for providing pots and pans to cook with and the coffee pot. We enjoyed our stay.

The power went off, but that was out of your control. the pool look a little fuzzy, but I think that was because of the chemicals. I wish the refrigerator had a working freezer (our ice melted in the cooler), or for the actual refrigerator be a bit larger.

The property is conveniently located, very close to the beach (5 min. walk) and access to restaurants with ocean front. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We found a domino table and dominos inside the house. Nice backyard, it’s private; the grill and pool allow for nighttime entertaining for the group. We were a group of 8 and had a blast! Polo was great and extremely helpful in providing guidance of where to buy things. Thank you!

Toilet in upstairs bathroom needs a new toilet seat & a deep cleaning or replaced. It has oxidized (brown) water stains.

quiet, private patio, spacious, good bed, close to beach. lovely pool area

we booked into a-room someone was already staying in, they moved him into a empty apartment next door, not sure why we did not move us. aircon did not work, we ended up moving to another apartment. they then said as we had a dog the apartment had to be cleaned. all he did was spray disinfectant on the floor. we did offer to pay for the “clean” this took the late afternoon early evening before we could settle. the downstairs shower room had a bad ceiling leak so could not be used during our stay

The pool was nice and we were by ourselves most of the time, there are a lot of small restaurants nearby and the staff was nice

First thing was that they didn't have enough utensils in the kitchen, no hot water in the bathroom upstairs, and the fan doesn't work on the lower floor. Overall it wasn't that bad but there are a couple of things that it needs some fixing

The location is perfect!! It was really clean and brigth.

There was a construction next to the pool, and they did not respect the law and it was to closed from the property. I feel bad for the owners because this is really bad for the image of the place. Hope they can do something about it.

You have to pay for your electric!!! They said we use 16.00 in 2 days . We got there late to check in and we left early . Electric for a month would be over 400 dollars lol DOES NOT SEEM CORRECT!
