The variety of things to do at the hotel.

The drink machines on the beach need to be cleaned. Got food poisoning twice. The first time couldn't narrow it down but after I got sick again after only being at the beach I figured out it's not as sanitary.

The property is very nice. The entertainment was good every night. Bowling alley & VR arcade were a hit although it’s not part of the all inclusive. My daughter loved the water park & kids club. The lazy river was my favorite place to be. Food at the other restaurants were good & I had no problems getting reservations. I really enjoyed my stay.

The food at the buffet was very mediocre. They need to do a lot better at cleaning the tables right away after others are done eating so that other people can have a place to sit & eat. Not only was it hard for me & my daughter to find a clean table to sit & eat at but a lot of times there was no silverware or we had to wait a long time just to receive water.

Friendly staff from waiters to bell boy, bartenders, guest services, privelege , speak good English, great food selection.. privilege restaurant food and service was great.

Pools not so clean. Never seen anyone clean pools. Service at steak house and blue moon very slow. Items on menu sold out if you have late night reservation. Exhaust fan and ac not working in Japanese restaurant. I would like more wine selection by glass, not just one red, rose, white. (8 ounces for $10 is ok). Price too high for one bottle of wine from menu and i cant drink one bottle of wine at once ( solo traveller).

The staff and food at this resort were on top, and the bed was comfortable . The staff were very welcoming leaving us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary, with a note left in our frig we got our mini bar stocked every morning. The multiple swimming pools with a lazy river. Multiple pool bars and restaurants to choose from. The staff welcomed us upon arrival. Please remember that these staff members rely on rips to survive and will greatly increase your overall experience.

The beach, the beach, is a coral reef, which is impossible to safely swim on. It was very disappointing as a beach lover. To the right of the property, you have a small section that had a sandy beach, and then a cove on public land was to the left side of the property. Finally, keep in mind that February is a college break for Canadian students, making it impossible to actually get a beverage at some of these pool bars as they over took them with a crowd. Being woken at 1am by a rowdy group of college students screaming and yelling outside our balcony breaking lamp posts was very disheartening and disturbing.

Good and with a lot of variety

The supply and replacement of some products was delayed.

Our room was fantastic and well worth upgrading to the Privilege service. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the complimentary showers after we had checked out and been at the beach all day. The resort is huge with a wide range of activities and the beach is beautiful.

The food could have been better and clearer instructions of how to get the most out of your stay would have been useful. For example, we didn't know how the beach towel system worked, nor were we able to make dinner reservations at the restaurant or online. Finding the right people to reserve an archery lesson wasn't the easiest and the pool in the spa is very cold, so more refreshing rather than relaxing!

Choices for food are excellent with 6 different cuisine restaurants and a buffer hall. There is also a decent cafe within the hotel. Staffs are very friendly even though their English is not the best. They would find a nearby colleague to help with the conversation more often than not. There are many pools; each with a bar hence I did not have to go far to grab a drink. The snack bar is also convenient for quick bites and its location is perfect; right in the middle of those pools. Pools are also shallow enough so kids can safely play in. The hotel also has a small beach. The sea water is clean and there were many beach reclining chairs to enjoy. My room is spacious for a family with 2 small children. There are organised activities everyday to try inviting guests to be involved and have a good time together.

The sofa bed in my room should be improved. In particular, the mattress was far too soft and it wasn't comfortable.

I got a privilege room and I think that was the best I could’ve done. From check in to check out, I felt like a princess 👸. The attention, the facilities, being able to reserve every restaurant in advance and having a little space reserved at the pool, the beach and at the buffet, was more than I could’ve asked for.

Maybe more options at the privilege restaurant and the pool’s bar was closing at 5:30pm, too early in my opinion 🥲 heard a lot of visitors complaining about that too. I would add board games to strategic places (the lobby/ sports bar), that’s a nice way to keep guests entertained without having to use much resources.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. Our butler Dargeny was the absolute best!!! There is plenty to do on resort. But make sure to bring comfortable walking shoes. The food was good especially Suka and Dolce de Vita. The Privilege lounge was nice and so was the privilege side of the beach(Balinese beds) helped to block the sun. Also, daily hydrotherapy was amazing and peaceful.

No complaints!!! I just know to have better walking shoes but that’s on me.
