The food, the closeness to the beach, the modern an tasteful decor.

My bed sheets had two holes in it, and our toilet got clogged up twice during our stay. Also, I had asked for (2) chocolate candy and flower arrangements prior to arrival from Eduard Frias which we never received. It was for my twin sister an myself birthday. But they did deliver a cake to our room which was nice. Also some of the staff was pushy with purchasing a timeshare. We just wanted to relax on our birthday, March 8. They were only nice because they thought we would ultimately put a down payment on a timeshare. Ridiculous how they acted.

A lot of pressure from employees to buy vacation packages and memberships. As soon as you arrive, make a reservation for your favorite restaurant! There were only 2 restaurants available for make reservations:( Buffet is available every day x breakfast lunch and dinner. Big variety!

Food was awesome good choice of restaurants, especially the sushi and steak restaurants.Never any trouble getting sunbeds. Loved the way you could pre book your restaurants via QR code and getting menus the same way. Rooms were very spacious and great view via balcony.

Didn't like being harassed from the big time share sell. He would wait outside the breakfast entrance every morning, we told him we weren't interested but kept trying. Luckily we avoided him the last 5 days, otherwise I would have been rude. Need numbers on the tables, to avoid confusion and some staff could cheer up a bit.

Everything was VERY clean. I liked that everything was in easy walking distance. The beach was pretty. I loved our swim out room and our room was beautiful and a great size. We loved the buffet and the coffee shop. We also had a couples massage, the spa was clean and beautiful There was a mix up with appointment due to a language barrier as we do not speak Spanish which made our experience start a bit tense but once we got things figured out the actual treatment itself and the people were great. The property is beau beautiful in the day and at night.

We did not like the sales pressure. The people were nice but it was clear they were told to push. Also the sales people on the beach were too much. The restaurants were not great or special. The food in the buffet area was better at times. I would have liked to have a drink staff taking orders around the pool and especially on the beach.

Property is stunning! Very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

The staff could have been a bit friendlier. Also, I didn’t appreciate the 3+ hour Xpande sales pitch. We only had 3 days at the resort and this meeting took up too much time.

Overall I loved the rooms. Very up to date and spacious! The 3 pools are all good fun. Much to do for the kids also was a plus!! room service was amazing as well as majority of the staff .. not too sure about the front desk but every one else was super accommodating!

For the value of money I don’t think the front desk is up to par, not sure if it has to do with a language barrier They didn’t really try to accommodate to our needs. When you asked them questions it’s always 2 or 3 different people talking to you and they all have separate answers/information.

housekeeping didn't do their job. took old towels but did not replace with new one (2 days in a row) have to call to get new towels. Coffee machine does not work. call to replace but never replace it.

Very modern, clean, the food at the buffet is excellent

The staff is quite rude, they don't greet or answer the greeting, they are not very helpful. We missed the charisma and joy of the Dominicans, they should put Dominican people back in the entertainment and bars, unfortunately the foreigners they have lack the warmth that characterizes the Dominican people.

Property looks fairly new, very clean, right by the beach, different pools, good food with several options, food at a la carte restaurants was delicious, rooms spacious and comfortable. The staff nice and attentive. It’s very close to the airport.

A couple of times we felt some smell that was not pleasant at all. It wasn’t intense or for too long but it was definitely unexpected.

The resort and the beach are beautiful. The variety of food is amaizing, and some staff members are very gentle. Wilson (waiter) and Edward (concierge) were amaizing. You are lucky to have them!

The restaurants (Italian and Japonese) expended more than 1 hour to prepare the food, and we got "cold" food, which was disappointing. Also, the persistence of some staff members in selling products (memberships, trips, etc.) is annoying. As a visitor my family and I planned enjoy the resort and not expend time with sellers. Finally, PLEASE review your local market associates. My family and I were in local market recommended by your staff (the resort scheduled the ride) and we were intimidated once we were in the place, the prices there were very expensive and the people got really mad when we refuse to buy from them. It was a terrible and scary experience. I do not recommend offer it to your visitors.
