Why I,HAVE TO PAY 4000 PESOS EXTRA BECAUSE I, ARRIVE 3:30 AM AND NO BODY TOLD ME NOTHING WHEN i, ARRIVE I, PAY MY 2 DAYS OF RESERVATIONS IN ONE SHOT BUT AT THIS TIME NO BODY MENTIONS NOTHING ABOUT BUT I, CHECK IN OUT 4 HOURS BEFORE 9:AM AND MY CHECKING OUT TIME NORMALY WAS 1: PM AND WHY WAS THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN 4 HOURS BEFORE IN MY ARRIVING COMPARE TO 4 HOURS LESS WHEN I, CHECK IN OUT I,M CONFUSE ., AND THAT I, DONT LIKE IT THE HOTEL NEVER HAVE A WI FI AVAILABLE SO I, KIND OF PROBLEMS TO TAKE CARE MY BUSINES...THANK YOU

The extra fee $$$ that I, to pay by the time to checking out.

The location was perfect.

The furniture seems a little outdated.

The staff was friendly and helpful (even though I didn't speak Spanish). The casino attached was a nice plus(Even though it's not open 24 hours). The bathroom was a bit tight, but was clean and got the job done. AC worked perfectly and wifi was constant. You are really close to a lot of food spots and night time activities if your willing to venture out. The biggest plus about staying here was the safety, I had no worries about anything. All in all I would stay here again.

The construction in the morning, but honestly what can you do about that. Lol

The room was perfect. It overlooked the city. The landscaping and remodeling was an extra plus because it showed that the hotel wants to draw more tourist. I liked that it was totally quiet and the staff respected us. They treated us like we were special. The hall ways wer awesome. Everything was so clean. The entire staff would clean the hallways together.

Well, it was a little difficult in the shower. Although it was upgraded, the shower was a separate unit in the bathroom. It rocked as I showered however, the water pressure was spectacular. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and I was on the fourth floor. But, it is a plus because it was more private sense I of great health and could walk the stairs..

Excellent Location, near transportation and restaurants. The breakfast was very good. The foods taste great. Very friendly staff in the restaurant of the hotel and front desk.

The cleaning lady did not clean the room for two days. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned on the third day.

The receptionist was exceptional Both of them... I think her name was Rosalba General good staff and area

I live in New Jersey and have been to Santiago numerous times. I chose the Platino Hotel because of its convenient location and ample parking. I originally planned to stay at The Platino for 2 nights and move to a different location. But I enjoyed this Hotel so much, that I decided not to move, and extended my stay! The Hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was also very clean, with a safe box, refrigerator, and an updated shower that also had an interior light and fan!! The shower was definitely the highlight of the room!! The Staff was outstanding!! Especially Rosalba and Jeffery! Very professional and extremely accommodating! I had a small problem while in the room, and someone was sent to my room within one minute!! Wow!! Less than one minute!! I’ve never had a faster response from any other Hotel!! Breakfast was also included, and was very good! This was my first time at Hotel Platino, and I’ll be sure to stay there during my next trip to Santiago! Marty D.

it was very clean and the staff was very nice. The restaurant food was very good.

The casino on property wasn’t able to give us American money back , only pesos and that really sucked. It saved us money but we really wanted to spend at the casino.

Apparently they never allow check in before 3,based on several stays there.

In the past I've always had quiet rooms at this hotel.This time I was given a room overlooking the noisy entryway.Also bright exterior lights stayed on all night which the window curtains were inadequate to block .
