We really enjoyed the ambience. It was like traveling back to a less-hassled era in time and courtesy. The bed was very comfortable; the bathroom roomy; breakfast tasty, and the staff was helpful. The rooftop pool was nicer than I expected! A courtyard ringed in black wrought iron and cascading vines and flowers was just gorgeous!

There wasn't a working elevator to the rooftop pool, and the four floors of stairs proved too difficult for my companion with a knee injury to navigate more than once.

I've stayed there about 12 times over the past 4 years. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Luis, the bellman, is always happy to assist. The breakfast is fresh and hot and you can have eggs or pancakes cooked to order. Fabulous convenient location in the Zona Colonial.

Room 110 ac struggled, a LOT, to keep the room moderately tolerable. Without hassle, we changed rooms the next day and it is now my favorite room!

We had a great time here! It’s a small and cozy hotel, beautiful building! The staff are super kind and the Location is perfect. Zona Colonial, pedestrian street just under with many gift shops, restaurants etc. A beautiful square just 4 corners away with musicians, pigeons and bars. There is a great laundry service 2 streets away - “Wash Wash”. and a tasty restaurant called “Le bohu”. Gracias.

Extra bed for kids could be better.

Everything...the only thing that was less than perfect was the breakfast. I did stay in one of the suite rooms. Really just a few dollars extra but for that extra in price you get a spectacular room. No other hotel in the area offers a better suite accommodation for the price

Breakfast buffet, very basic

Quiet and roomy. Very friendly and helpful. Prime location. Security and safety shown from all the employees. Authentic and historic feeling.

Lack of some maintenance and as an example pool area and the door lock, safe was loose and not to big so in reality easy to cary out, quick repairs all over. Then again somebody from the hotel was always there and available.

Staff is always wonderful. Luis, the bellman, always remembers us and is even more smiley! The breakfast is more than ample and you can ask for bespoke eggs. I love the location, steps from the Conde, Supermercado Nacional, and not far from the French Cafe (try their quiche ... soooooo yummy and fluffy).

Great location, walking around the colonial area is easy from the hotel. The hotel is traditional, clean and picturesque. Staff were accommodating and allowed us to store our bags and use facilities after check out since we had a late flight.

Breakfast was mediocre, scrambled eggs, bread, fruit, some cereal selection and a cake. Some items had run out by the time we went (even though we went at 9.30am). Gym and sauna is closed. We booked a king room with a balcony however the 'balcony' was just part of the entrance way which was also for use for other guests.

I like the fact the hotel had a great location for us. We also loved the pool and the breakfast.

I did not like the fact that I asked an iron more than 3 times to the same person (a guy at the front desk) and only when I talked to this lady from Argentina, dont remember her name, I was able to get the iron I needed. I also asked the guy for some towels for the pool. This guy told me he was going to send someone to bring to us the towels to the pool and never did.

We have stayed here a few times and will stay again, it's a perfect location close to everything, staff are really nice and helpful and they do make an effort if children are with you to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, also parking is inside the Hotel which is a necessary as its hard to park around the area.

on this visit they gave us for the first time a street level room and the road was quite busy and noisy people walking around outside, also the shower took a long time to get hot we left it running for a long time to get hot water.

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly. Breakfast was terrific!! The atmosphere was awesome - old world charm!

The TV’s are old and in one of our rooms didn’t work at all. Time to upgrade them!
