Good location, 2 mins walk from the super busy Colonial Zone. The room was not too small, stylish, we booked the best one available. Bed was comfy. Bathroom looks nice, very stylish. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception after check out, as we had a late flight.

Although there’s a nice bath tub with shower, the water was rather cold at all times. There was hot water at the sink, but not for taking a hot shower. We didn’t complain as this was just a one night stay and taking a not so warm shower wasn’t a problem in this hot weather, but I couldn’t have washed my hair, if I wanted to. Very noisy street until very late in the night, lots of motorcycles making awful noise.

The room was really spacious and comfortable. I loved their tiles and the bathroom. Breakfast was simple, eggs and toast with coffee but it was good. I like how close it was to everything in the colonial area. At night the street is a little empty and dark but I didn't have any issues and the staff were very attentive ensuring to let me in back to the hotel at any time of the day. I felt taken care of. Would definitely come back. The only issue at times was the wifi that would not connect to my computer. .

Location is great, rooms were clean , bathrooms were really nice.

The water pump was broken so the staff didn't tell us about it. They offer us a bucket to shower. Told us that happen before and things happen so we have to deal with it. Eventually after a little talk they fixed it but was after few hours so we needed to go out without showering after a all day of walking and sweating .

Great for a quick stop in Santo Domingo! We booked a small room, which turned out to be a very accurate description since there was barely space to go around the bed, but we didn't need anything else to spend the night. The location was perfect to walk around the colonial center and the hotel itself was very cute

The night manager didn't seem to happy to greet un at 11 pm, I do understand or would be happy about being woken up, however... he was the NIGHT manager... Nothing too bad though

We loved this place! Great location 5 min away from all the main attractions in Santo Domingo, absolutely beautiful premises and nice staff. We were allowed to check in a bit earlier.

The bathtub in the bathroom was leaking a lot. We only stayed for 1 day and left in the middle of the night, so had no chance to report it.

I liked the bathroom; however, the shower/tub combination (without a shower curtain) resulted in water all over the floor so I just took a bath to contain the water. It did look great though. The mini pool with jets was a great place to cool off at the end of the day. Beds were very comfortable -- we all agreed, three rooms, three yes votes for beds!

Unfortunately, my friends heard a lot of street noise (rooms in front of hotel with balconies) -- I did not (middle of hotel). I with there was a piece of fruit at breakfast instead of juice, and a bit of variety in breakfast (oatmeal, wheat toast? still economical).

It was a lovely stay. Everythin clean, nice and smooth! I loved the design and especially the super comfy bed!!!! Location great too, staff great!

Be careful if you are a light sleeper. There are cars passing trough all night on the street listening to crazy techno music:) It just gets noisy even though the street seems quiet. We used earplugs.

Very nice ambience! The location is very central in the old colonial zone in Santo Domingo. The 24h service recepcion is very helpful and you have your own fridge in the room.

Not easy to reach with big luggage.

Very clean and comfortable room, very close to the main street at the heart of the old town, yet very safe and mostly quiet. charming place!

There were some cables hanging under the desk and some of the bathroom furniture was damaged, but not too disturbing. The breakfast however was as it consisted of 2 slices of industrial cheap bread+ eggs and margarine (not even butter). No fruit! The 1st day there was jam, the second the lady said jam was finished and did not even seem to feel uncomfortable or think of apologising... I wonder what happens to guests that are vegan or allergic to eggs or gluten?! A real shame as the place is generally nice. Breakfast should be at the level of the place otherwise better not be offered at all!

very nice bed and location! the staff were really friendly especially the lady that cooked us our breakfast!

in the bedrooms, there were a lot of mosquitoes but we weren’t sure how they were getting in the room because we never left the door or window open.
