Mickael was amazing. Incredible customer service. So helpful from long before my stay because I needed something posted to the hotel. Also the rooms were the comfiest I stayed in on this whole trip. Highly recommended.

I have to say that it's a very very good experience there. everybody there was very friendly to me. They always tried their best to help me. I really like the atmosphere on the roof. for the Panorama of the city. The location is very good. It's very near to the Zona Colonial. I hope I could return there in the future.

The owner is very ok. He offered us a charger for the phone. It is also very practical that he took us to the airport. I recommend it.

We really liked the location of this accommodation. It is very close to the city center and the neighborhood is very safe and has beautiful architecture. There are stores, supermarkets as well as cafés and restaurants. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. You can walk anywhere from there. The staff was also very nice and helpful. They allowed us to leave our big suitcases at the accommodation for 4 full days! Big thanks to all of you! The rooms are simple but have everything you need...including AC. :) Breakfasts were simple but yummy! ;)

There is no hot water so you need to take cold showers but this is pretty normal all around the Dominican Republic.

Even before I arrived, the kind staff communicated well to assist in any requests I may have. When my 3 year old daughter and I arrived, we were greeted by a warm welcome from Michael and was happy to be quickly taken to a ground floor room after a long day of travelling. The room was clean, with cold AC and the bed extremely comfy. Although HB53 is on the outskirts of the colonial zone, it was still close enough to take a walk to get there. One thing I also appreciated was a 24 hour security which added to my sense of ease when I had to check out at 1:45 am. Thank you Michael and team, we will definitely be back.

Excellent location, staff, facilities for incredible value for money! I really enjoyed everything about this accomodation. Right after the booking Mickael contacted us and was very supportive for whatever might be needed. Property is exceptionally well maintained with clean facilites and beautiful interior. The terrace is fantastic, and so is the breakfast! Considering the price this is an obsolute win! As a pleasant bonus, they don't charge extra for electricity, as is often the case in Dominican Republic. The property was around 20 minute walk from the bus station and around 10 minute walk to Colonial zone.

The rooms are quite small, and bed takes most of the room, which is not a problem at all if you just need a place to sleep and shower. Luckily, there is a great terrace if you wish to chill outside or telework.

Absolutely fantastic experience!! The service was impeccable, the room was exceptional, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Mickael who truly made my experience outstanding with his hospitality. He not only ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect but also went the extra mile to anticipate and fulfill my needs and generously providing complimentary breakfast daily. Also Madeline's thoughtful preparation of breakfast made each morning delightful. Thank you all for making my stay truly memorable!

We loved how helpful and friendly everyone was, the room was very clean and well kept! We only stayed one night as we had an early flight the next morning. The bed was really Comfy we had a great nights sleep. The security was great as we had to leave at 4:00 in the dark.

Nothing it was honestly one of the best hostels we stayed at on our current trip, the hot water could of been better but it’s not really an issue seeing it is hot so the cold water is nice to cool you down.
