It was very nicely decorated and spacious.

The electricity is not included in the price and the rates that they charge are ridiculous high! I live in Santiago and what I pay for the month is equivalent to four days at infinity blu

We had big two bedroom apartment with pool view. The apartment was in good condition and you had a kitchen and grill in the balcony with necessary equipment to make food if you would wanted (we did not). Living room had TV and speakers etc, but I am not sure if you could use the equipment for listening music unless you had your own PC to connect. Two separate bathrooms and one separate toilet next to the living room. The private beach was few minutes walk away and there was a bar and good view..there was also a nice pool, other pool was in front of the hotel, but you could not see the ocean from the apartment, only the peaceful garden pool area. You had one parking spot that you could use during your time inside the guarded area. Overally very nice apartment and fenced area including the private beach.

There was two pages of rules that you needed to accept and sign before keys were handed over. These would have been nice to know before reserving, especially rules which limited visitors and guests.. of course I understand the point of the rules to keep the area safe and secure for the people living inside this side of the guarded fence. You had to pay electricity consumption separately which I was a bit surprised as I thought it would be included, however, they informed about this in advance, but it was not told before booking. Anyway, good and nice apartment.

Everything! This flat is huge! Like three large rooms all en suite, huge balconies, living room / dining room / kitchen areas was comfortable. High ceilings, internet worked fine, washing machine worked well as well. Also really liked the area of the complex and the infinity pool was probably the best part overlooking the sea. You also have private beach access. Also special shout out to Roberto and Jessie for being so attentive and provided the best customer service 💯

There was literally nothing to note of compromise.

Very nice, well kept, nicely landscaped grounds. Nice pools, including one overlooking the ocean. Our room was spacious.

There was no beach adjacent to the property. What little sand was visible had a path to it, but the path was blocked off. There was only 1 very tiny TV in the family room, but none in the bedrooms. The location was a bit of a walk from the restaurants and shops, but it was okay.

The infinit pool was the best part of the property and the highlight of our trip.

The apartments are outdated and the bathrooms need some tlc and updating. The first apartment we were given was not in good shape but after bringing it to the attention of the front desk, the staff quickly got us another apartment. No paper towels are provided which isn’t a big deal, but would be nice.

The beach and swimming pool is very nice. There are plenty of places to eat around the area. Having a Kitchen with pots pans and drinking water already in the apartment was excellent.

You can tell the area has been affected by Covid. Sosua is not what it once was. However this is not the fault of Infiniti Blu. My bed was not so comfortable in the master bedroom, it was much better in the 2nd bedroom. I was in apartment G1A. Breakfast was included but its not a full breakfast, only pastries. I still had to pay for breakfast. Bacon, eggs, coffee. If you book, book without breakfast as you must pay anyway.

This property is very nice!! It has two pools, one with garden view and the other with ocean view and they are both very clean. There’s a bar by the pool by the ocean and the staff was nice and friendly. My family and I stayed in a three bedroom apartment and it was very pleasant. Everything was clean, enough blankets and towels, shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. The apartment had drinking water, plates, cups, pots (if you wish to cook) and utensils. There’s two restaurants at the location and the food was okay. There are also restaurants near by that are easily accessible by walking. Also beach towels. We all felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stayed.

The apartment didn’t have a coffee maker or an iron. Other than that all good! Also didn’t have napkins so make sure to bring with you.

It was simple to check in, and the reception was excellent. Two pools are available, one of which has a view of the beach and the other is located between apartment buildings, both of which are pretty lovely. I received a $15 USD credit from booking in addition to a free upgrade to a spacious 2-bed apartment. I would suggest this location, but please keep the following in mind. Verify below:

Electricity use is your responsibility. I used the AC for around 4 to 5 hours altogether over the course of my two days there, and it cost me roughly $19 USD. They use really outdated AC units that require a lot more energy than more recent models. Pay attention to that. Consider a family of four or more going there; I was there alone. Breakfast is subpar. Bring your own or purchase your own to prepare at the apartment. The American breakfast was the same as the Dominican Mangu, which I had. It had been prepared and heated up a few hours earlier. Although the breakfast is terrible, the service is excellent. Look at the other remarks here. So overall, I would recommend the place.

The room I had d1d a one-bedroom apartment was located nice on the ground floor very upgraded, quiet and clean. Very close to the First pool which seems more for children. A little walk through the garden to the infinity pool with a bar next to it overlooking the private beach which is beautiful view.

Be careful my ratings of this stay did not include the horrible experience of my first two nights stay there. The rooms that are located on the street side have three levels with no elevator I was informed of wheelchair accessibility when I reserved the room but this was unacceptable the rooms a very dated an old in this part of the hotel the noise is Extremely Loud all night all day from the motos going by it took 2 days but the staff accommodated my needs to be off the third floor I appreciate that. It was a bad experience but the last days made up for it. I would have given them a solid 10 across the board if my stay had begun in that last room
