Ibis Quito is well located. It has a restaurant that works 24 hours; it all has room service. The gym is a bit small but good. It has towels and water. Breakfast is good and has some healthy options including almond milk, green juices, etc.

The restaurant takes a long time to process your orders. If you want to eat at the restaurant be prepared to wait for 45 minutes on average. The menu does not offer healthy options!!! If you book a room with a sofa bed please be aware that you will NOT get a desk and also you will NOT get a place to put on your suitcase. There is no way to have both. Either you have a desk or a sofa bed.

The rooms and common areas were very nice but the staff made for an exceptional stay. I was initially staying for only 2 nights but ended up staying for 5, coming back after my Galapagos trip. Upon leaving the first time, I realized I left some stuff in the safe. The general manager let me know he had it and confirmed with other staff as witnesses what was removed from the safe and even made copies of the large bills to match serial numbers in order to prove the money returned was the same as what I left behind. They returned everything to me when I arrived to check in next stay. The service and care they took before even knowing I was returning was more than I could ask or hope for. I will be sure to stay here if I return to Quito and will definitely recommend ibis to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel for their trip.

It’s cozy, well located, still feels like new. Very nice breakfast.

The dinner menu in the restaurant, they make many mistakes when ordering. Too expensive for what they serve. The breakfast gets very busy and wish the service could be a little better in the cleaning.

The location was sort of excellent. Convenient and quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The security guard was kind and helpful. They have good taxi service.

The bathroom's floor gets easily wet while taking a shower. The door of the shower's booth isn't completely closed in the down part.

great 4 night stay in quito thanks to Ibis!!! the room is what you expect of an ibis, breakfast was great and had full selections, almuerzo was a but more expensive than what you’d get outside but quality of food makes up for it. staff are nice, hotel in a safe area, supermarket and laundry shop less than a kilometer away. uber is easy to get in the area

The reception lady had really bad manners and attitude. The restaurant, the people just ignore clients, they don’t offer you the menu, they take really a lot of time for attention, again with the food they take a lot of time so you get the food really really cold and then for the bill you can expect the same. They just ignore the clients all the time. Maybe 12 clients is too much for the amount of people working on the restaurant. I don’t know….

The location is very good. Staff is very helpful and polite. Hotel is very clean. The restaurant at the lobby has the best local de papas(soup). The lobby is very cozy to hang out. I would definately come back.

Pillows!!! They are very high and not so comfy

We travelled around Ecuador for 3 weeks and kept returning to Ibis whenever we transited through Quito. It felt like home. Adrian was amazing, arranged a shuttle to and from the airport, as well as a shuttle to Mindo and back, gave us great tips for where to eat and what to visit. His English was excellent, he was always available to chat, very responsive and help us if we needed anything.

This is a business hotel and the rooms and bathrooms are a little small, which was fine for us. We value cleanliness, location and convenience more than spacious rooms. However, some might wish to have more space to maneuver their luggage.

Location perfect. Value Ok.

The beds were too small. I was traveling solo and I did get two small beds more appropriate for little children.

Well located hotel with excellent breakfast. Was not bothered with external noise. Staff was generally helpful.

Rooms are not spacious but have everything you need.
