During March we were in this hotel for 9 nights with breaks (5+2+2) and each time we enjoyed ourselves anew. For those who are not willing to pay for a 5-star hotel, it will not be easy to choose a hotel in Cairo. All the 3-star hotels are concentrated in Downtown and suffer from a problematic location with a lot of noise at night and neglected and unpleasant places. We found this quiet and green hotel at an excellent price that allowed it to be very convenient and a short drive to anywhere (an UBER taxi to Tahrir Square in the city center costs 1 euro). In addition, we discovered that the staff is very sympathetic and very helpful, available for any request and makes the stay at the hotel pleasant. The location is great, on the Nile, drinking coffee in the morning on the balcony or in a hotel cafe facing the water in noisy Cairo is a real bargain. It seems to us that this is the ideal hotel for visitors to Cairo especially in the price/value section with the ability to rest well before a new day of travel

Good convenient location, close to all important sightseeings (easily reachable by Uber, 10 min walk to Al Manial Palace). The hotel is located on the bank of the Nile, we had breakfast on the terrace with a nice view of the Nile. The building itself is rather old, but the room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Kareem and his other colleagues on the reception made our stay memorable, they were always incredibly friendly, tried to help us with all our queries. Kareem arranged for us a private driver to Alexandria, an early breakfast and everything what we needed. We had a nice trip to Alexandria with the driver Hazem, he drove a car very well and carefully, spoke English fluently, we had an interesting chat during our trip. The hotel is in quit are, close to the Nil. The hotel Staff speak English. Use Uber to visit Kairo it's cheap. from the hotel to the airport is around 7$. The hotel have a private security staff. breakfast is good you can choose an agypten breakfast or a continental. kairo is a big city for ouer tripp was the perfect stai.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and always smiling. I loved my entire stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend others to stay at this hotel too. The reception staff were very helpful all the time. The cleaners were punctual and the waiters were always smiling. Very nice Location, in the middle of downtown, closer to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Also close to Tahrir Square.

The room we got is right next to the elevator, which produces quite some noise when in use. This noise always woke me up during the night.

Large room, well-equipped. Wonderful staff, so nice and accommodating - they stired our luggage after check out and our valuables in the reception safe. Mineral water provided and can be refilled in the lobby. Location is a little away from center, which means you need a taxi to get to the tourist sites, bit also that it is somewhat quieter, plus, you can eat in some good eateries about 5 minutes on foot away, which are not touristic and serve yummy local dishes at local prices. Overall, it may not be super-fancy, but when you return from a day of sightseeing, it feels like coming home.

Breakfast was a little meager. No shampoo, only body wash (dispenser).

Staff are very friendly and very helpful they called me once i made the booking online and send me the location on whatsapp. After i arrived the hotel made upgrade for my room also offered me a free dinner because i arrived late but unfortunately i had appointment for a dinner with some people at another place outside the hotel also they had a free private safe parking. Overall it was a good experience and i highly recommend it 💯💯

I usually prefer 4 or 5 stars hotel . It was my first time in a 3-star hotel. The employees were really polite, with a great sense of humor and helpful. The receptionist (day and night shift) were always there for everything we asked for. Even when we asked for early breakfast (because we had tours at Pyramids and Alexandria), they offered us more than we asked. They cared about our stay and asking "how they can make it better" The hotel is exactly what you see in the photos, and the good thing is that it is in front of Nile and there is no traffic sound from the street. If you have ever been again in Egypt, you can understand how important this is. Rooms are quite big, the bathroom was huge and the best part was that it was super clean. Security was 24-7 on the entrance of our hotel. The garden is nice and clean and we enjoyed breakfast the last day there. The location of the hotel is quiet, and the island El Manial is close to almost everything. Close to the hotel( 5-7 minutes walking), there is a street with nice restaurants and coffee shops.

Breakfast breakfast and breakfast. FIX IT! For a 3-star hotel, i demand a small buffet or more options. The internet is not always bad.some days we had no problem, but sometimes it was connecting and disconnecting all the time. If you are planning an important call or a Skype meeting, am I not sure that it can be without problems. The bathroom window net was damaged, so when the housekeeping lady left the window open, huge mosquitoes got in the room. We couldn't lock the door from one of our rooms, and after they fixed it, we had the same problem the next day. They have to change these systems. The restaurant needs to be renovated. Even to be closed with some windows because flies were attacking us and our food.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were a good size. The location was very good also even though there was construction all around.

The hotel is in the process of renovating which is good but at the same time obvious to the guests. Some noisy construction on site and off site.

The room was big and sparkling clean. The staff are helpful and really kind and courteous.

No buffet option for breakfast and the available options for ordering are limited.
