The staff everywhere was marvellous in dealing with customers particularly the receptionists , the restaurant all men , and room service boys. The view from my room was magnificent. Foods are too much and varied. Pets are allowed and dealt with nicely. Very fast check in and check out process. Fast response for every comment whatever it is and following up by supervisors and managers A calm resort with a nice clean beach

Great resort for a week in the Egyptian sun at the beach; location is super good: near Sahl Hasheesh's old town (shops, marina), right on the beach - the beach front is great as well (sandy, long, aired out, smooth water entrance). The food really exceeded our expectations: large variety, tasty and fresh Staff are friendly and helpful with all types of requests, really nice atmosphere Great combo of a relaxing scene & activities offered

Some facilities are stuck in the 90s/2000s: gym, beauty shop, spa; Add some more options for younger people (clubs, music, etc) The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are in need of a renovation (we stayed in a Deluxe Double) Food from buffet is left on the tables outside for too long The resort leaves too many sales guys to pick on tourists: its nice to have the possibility to do some activities, but when every 10min at the beach people disturb you to offer you trips, massages, etc with the resort's approval is not really fun nor relaxing; control the sellers better

Some sales on the beach are really annoying and they have 0 experience about how it works in Tourism, but we will exclude #Mohamed the responsible for the safari. Lots of question marks about the standard of the bathrooms for a five stars hotel!!! The food is great but not varied. The level of cleanliness in the hotel doesn't exceed 7 out of 10.

The Staff worked very hard to ensure our stay was perfect. Great food and drinks. Very clean and comfortable room which was cleaned daily and new towels provided. Excellent location to a very clean and safe beach.

The guys selling the various services provided in the resort , foot treatments etc , were very persistent and became annoying after a while. They do not take no for an answer.

We booked Chalet room for my family. Room was very comfortable. Chalet room has got 53 m2. There are a bathroom, shower and bidet. I don't know why some guests wrote comments that hotel is bad because price/quality - very good. Food is good but may be it depends on period of year - in some days food is excellent and sometimes food is usual. Some days food was amazing with thematical cousine. Hotel is very quite and comfortable for families with kids. Beach is nice but not enough sites for all guest - after 8-9 a.m. we couldn't find any free sites on the beach. Personal is nice and adequate. Personal is very friendly for kids in restaurant. Waiter with name Omar - the best of the best. Evening programs is cool and animation team is nice.

Some waiters is not friendly or wait 1-2 dollars in restaurant. Not good. And officiants don't want to provide you with cold drinks without tips. But honestly - is usual situation for Egypt.

From the first day I was there the staff were very accommodating they even put me in a better room that was closer to the beach which I was very thankful for. As for the facilities their pools and jacuzzi were certainly heated and the beach was awesome, the room was spacious and beautiful, overlooking the beach a garden and the pool. The food as much as the open buffet was a little limited everyday included different foods and they were cooked to perfection always. The chefs and waiters were a delight to hang out with and a big special thank you to Mr Mahmoud El tayeb for being very accommodating on the seafood day as I am very allergic to seafood he made sure nothing was contaminated and made me a plate of food from scratch. Also the restaurant manager Mr Khaled very polite and genuinely wanted to help out. Lastly my favorite part of my 6 night stay was the animation team, for 6 days I felt like I was apart of them, they make sure you are having a great time. A big shout out to Lil, Rosa and Hamoo for being great and making me have a great time either at the disco or just on the beach. Thank you to Luka for making sure we all had a great time. If you decide to come to the hotel trust me it will be super hard to leave because you will miss the hotel and it's beautiful people

I stayed there for 5 nights .. It was my second visit to the hotel.. I liked the food as it was beyond perfect and delicious. It was also variable. The receptionists welcomed us cheerfully. The rooms were really clean and they pay attention to the room service and cleanliness. Location and animation team were great also. The hospitality and smiling faces all the time were amazing there. They always answered our enquiries. Starting from waiters, house keeping, receptionists, managers and other employees they were really welcoming. I would really recommend it. On the other hand, the beach was sandy and there were a lot of activities to be done there. I know it won't be our last visit there.

The only thing that I didn't like was the noisiness of the main building because they have parties every evening for the children and we just liked the evening to be somehow quiet to be able to relax. It wasn't a disaster but we would like these parties to be held outside the builing.

The hotel is clean, great staff, very friendly and helpful, I really enjoy the place.

I didn't like the smell of alcohol all over the place, they serve non alcohol and alcohol drinks in the same cups in the beach.

there was a bars and alof of butterflies in the rooms and lobby but the staff handle the situation very well and upgrade the room to suit on pool & sea view

It was a Gr8 opportunity to get my vacation with May family @ Old palace hotel sahel Hashish. The hotel have a very good rooms conditions with wonderful sandy beach where u have a good time in swimming with your kids. The service is really Gr8 and Recieption and room service guys are very good & professional as well. Thanks to Hamed & Labib from Recieptioan front office whose facilitate our process.
