I like the food quality and cleanliness.The beach was great and the room service was nice especially Mohammed Mahmoud

I didn't like the animation team .They were lazy and not enjoyable at all.To my surprise they all took Sunday as a day off.How come ?

Very friendly staff across the entire hotel (esp. Mohamed K at the front desk). The amount of pools/slides for kids was wonderful and there were at least 2 large, heated pool for smaller children. Buffet food seemed a bit better at the neighboring hotels. The rooms were quiet, the doors did not sneak, and the AC worked well. Good value for a kid's hotel overall.

The was a good variety of food but the quality could be improved (alcohol quality was not great either). A little too much focus on pizza, burgers, fries, etc. The evening kid show became repetitive and the adult entertainment was not good. It was a 10-min walk to the beach (or a short shuttle ride) and we were only allowed to use the chairs in a certain area of the beach. There was no mini-bar in the hotel room.

They were very helpful after an Incident that occured which they both stepped in and made sure we left with a very big smile. I plan to come with my whole family next time.

During our stay the rooms we were allocated the lift had broken on the very first day. We were on the 1st floor with 2 kids which didnt help. Lack of commuication with Reception due to an incident.

If I had to sum up my stay in the hotel I would say it’s incredible staff that takes care of their customers, no matter the circumstances. The front office representative Mohamed Karawia is really helpful as well as Ahmed Sultan and Khalid the chef from the restaurant that did their best to help with specific dietary requirements. Hotel offered also a wide variety of entertainment, starting from morning sport activities like walking to the desert , pool entertainment and interesting evening shows ranging from live music in restaurants to live shows in the amphitheatre. Heated pools and service that made sure that you have all you need. We were never bored and time passed by really quickly. Definitely recommend to stay in the hotel for at least 2 weeks and I hope to visit it again soon.

Everything was clean all the areas and pools was cleaned regularly, Saied who cleaned our room did it perfectly. The food was delicious the pools were clean and good temperature. I like the people who works there. Arafat in the bar is very kind and helpful as well as Mohammed I the reception and all the stuff in the Mediterranean restaurant. There are so many joyful activities that make you want to stay in the resort the whole stay. I recommend this hotel very much

I had a very fantastic, pleasant, joyable and relaxing stay in a very modern, clean and perfectly organized hotel. Me, my wife and my kids didn't want to leave the hotel because of the nice time we had there. It's the true meaning of hospitality and tourism. We want to thank some but not all of the staff because I can't remember all the names. The property is excellent for a perfect holiday particularly for a family. Everything was perfect and excellent. Reception staff and in charge particularly Mohamed was extremely helpful. Restaurants were variable and food was delicious and variety suit everyone, chef Khaled was more than helpful. Staff everywhere were very cooperative and pleasant. Definitely we will come back

Not much veggie options and same menu options most of the times. Sometime felt food is used over days like cakes/ pastries etc..

Great atmosphere, Great pools. Nice, clean and tidy place. Lot of effort goes in daily to keep it clean and pristine. The staff are so friendly and good with kids. From the reception, management, life guards, waiters and a couple of chefs really stood out. Some of the names that I remember who made the trip stand out were Mahmood Mohammad. Medhat. Abdul rauf. Hany Shahin, And especially . El nasor, and Ravinder the chef. They were couple of others but I can't remember the names. Highly recommend.

Theres not much to not like the place was great people where great. Only thing I didn't like was nothing to do with the resort, it's while we was out shopping. You need to ignore a lot of people so you don't get scammed. Don't feel bad for them just ignore and walk.

Our hotel room was clean and spacious and our bedsheet will be changed everyday and decorated presentably. The air condition were working perfectly and the shower hot water was working consistently with pressure. Our fridge was topped up with new bottle of water and new cups and hot beverage sachets were provided. The hotel restaurant circulated at good hours enough for us to digest food and ready to eat next meal between two hours and the open burger and pizza bar was amazing. The unlimited alcohol and non alcohol through the day was magical especially the mock tails. Their were variety of food in so many restaurants you could not choose but enjoy The facilities for families swimming pools and activités bring a sense of family culture between strangers and you can never run out of activités to do or attend with children The staff are so polite friendly approachable and informative and even if they don’t speak English they will attempt to communicate for your help The hotel is so safe. You can leave your bag at the pool side unattended and the life guards are super vigilant. The children attended swimming pool alone and played safely . Upon leaving I forgot one suitcase at the hotel entrance and the security staff called my taxi driver to return to collect it as we was driving to my destination. I was so pleased by this act and from there I understood Egyptian people are good people

I didn’t like that they charged me £25 for room service on my first day arriving in the morning as I was tired and needed breakfast in bed. The price is extortionate for the amount I paid for all inclusive service and they have the staff resource to facilitate non payed room service
