Attentive and friendly staff. Good choice of food. Numerous terraces and halls where you can eat. Heated pool which was necessity in February's chilly weather. The hotel was clean and very well kept.

Spa is a disaster. They sell you massages that they don't provide. I was given shorter massages than agreed, and not done with much of engagement. Quality that I was ensured of when it was being sold to me was much lower than massages I had in many different countries around the world and higher in price than in Europe! On one occasion the person giving me massages complained about her salary and on the other that her hands are tired. The bed was not covered completely and I had to put my hands on the bed. Once after using the towel my towel was rolled back and put together with other fresh towels.

very friendly staff, huge facilities , great view , really everything you need out of a resort. food is good and there is good variety. the resort is exactly what you’d expect from a 5 * facility in this price range. there are much better and much worse 5* resorts in Hurghada

internet is very bad, at most you get 1,5 mbps. mid day and evening activities are way too loud and there’s no escape from the loud music. not everyone wants to dance or swim in foam.

The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping staff ensured that my room was always clean and tidy, allowing me to unwind after a long day of exploring the local attractions. The overall experience was fantastic. The staff were friendly, the accommodations were comfortable, and the ambiance was delightful. However, I would have appreciated a more stable Wi-Fi connection throughout my stay. There were occasional disruptions that hindered my ability to stay connected. I hope the hotel can improve its Wi-Fi infrastructure to enhance the overall guest experience.

We really enjoyed out stay at albatros palace it was amazing stay the view from the room was marvelous, animation team was really enjoying, you can access the aqua park at albatros beach during your stay , the pool was so clean , beach nice snacks & drinks at bars was so fresh & delicious the food is so tasty we will sure re visit it again

1- the balcony is not separated from the next door room and it is so exposed with no privacy or safety 2- The bar man at the pool was not so nice & serving guests with no smile 3- The Aqua park at albatros beach with no drinks you can only the aqua 4- my reservation was a sea view room however I stayed at pool view room

- The staff was extremely respectful and nice, I liked their positive attitude from the moment we arrived at the property until we checked out - the room was modern and had a nice view - the spa service was great and the girls were nice

The food was completely tasteless, the food in blue spa was miles better in comparison. The hotel feels old, it needs a little bit of renovation to be worthy of the “5 star rating” There was some nasty smells in the hotel, something related to the sewers system, it felt awful.

the hotel is like a dream come true for families. I booked a room with my 2 kids and we had a blast. the service is more than fantastic. everyone, from the manager to the cleaning staff, were very friendly, helpful and nice all the time. my mom and dad visited us and they had a problem with their booking and the manager made sure that everything is taking care of. I basically felt like living in a family home where everyone was just waiting for whatever we need to take care of. This was my first time and it won’t be the last. I highly recommend reserving at their fish and Moroccan restaurants, totally worth it.

Jakuzzi is heated, access to food all the time. Beautiful coral reefs and fish. Amr (the hotel manager) is very generous. Food in the extra restaurants is of good quality.

We are no smokers, and it's hard to stay next to the smoking people, non-smoking rules were not sufficiently enforced.

breakfast ok, classic all inclusive, but nothing special; missed fresh orange juice, coffe was cold if you went to breakfast later rather than earlier. Liked they made some effort with animation. Decent foof at lunch / dinner. houskeeping on par

- travel desk: airport taxy(10 min ride) is 20euro, opted to find a taxy on the street, paid 10euro - probably got fleeced there too, but the hotel should at least make an effort for a normal price When you travel thtough Egypt you get REALLY tired of EVERYONE trying to scam you, would be nice if at least the hotel where you already pay a lot would be fair with you in this regard - wi-fi often lagging/failing

Aqua Park is small and in other neighbour hotel which you cannot ask for any drink or water inspite of it is belong to the same chain. Also big AquaPark in other hotelside belong to the chain not allowed to use it. Food need to be more variety

beach is not attractive. bathroom is a little bit old and needs renovation. Food and beverages available almost 24 hrs but the quality is average comparing to the other resorts having the same rate. Room service is also a little bit slow.
