Good hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Catering was good with a decent breakfast and good choice of evening meals. Free WiFi was adequate. Hotel taxi service good and reliable.

The location was quite remote and the pick-up at the airport did not work. Hotel a bit faded but trying hard in tough times and was kept clean. Not hotel's fault, but almost impossible to walk anywhere from hotel due to surrounding construction work.

Staff working there is very friendly. Special thanks to Mostafa from the restaurant who really made us feel welcomed at the hotel. Mahmoud from room service also very professional and polite.

You can’t pay in EGP unless you have booked in EGP!!! The doormen are looking for tips and if not given start becoming hostile and behaving differently.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, specially front desk staff. The room size is big with a nice terrace viewing the pool.

Pillows were not comfortable and old. Towels were not well cleaned. floor carpet in the room looks very old with much stains that make an overall dirty look. Room furniture looks old. Facilities are limited. The hotel is ok for a short stay or for work travels.

The food is amazing, room service is amazing, the staff is amazing! Great Mall of Arabia across the street. They can take you anywhere you want to visit through their concierge desk downstairs. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back again! And don't forget the gift shop downstairs by the front desk. You can find everything there!

Everything was perfect!

For a three stars hotel they r doing very good. the reason I chose novotel, is because it's near the Al-Nada hospital I need to visit for a week at Beverly hills shaikh Zayed. just 10 minutes by car. and it's great 👍🏻 1- The employees is very kind. they will do their best to help u. 2- The garden and swimming pool is clean. they did good job taking care of it and keeping it 💯👌. 3- Room service if fine, food is good. 4- Near to Mall of Arabs. I recommend them if u want to Stay at 6th October.

Alerts: is a three Stars hotel. so don't compare it with five stars. for a three stars hotel there is not much thing to point out. 1- The sofa has smells and not comfortable. 2- Gym need more dumbbells and more care. 3- Just to know that they hold weddings in regular basis. so not good if u sleep early. for me I enjoy it every day 😌.

Nice and quite area, great facilities with a heated pool and gym. Had a bar that had snack and meals available 24/7 at a reasonable price. Spacious rooms

Far from all tourist attractions

I loved the staff, they were all very friendly and nice. I loved their 24hr service, you can call them whenever for service and they were more than happy to help. Also, there was always security guards which made us feel safe all the time.

When I arrived I didn't feel like the rooms were cleaned well. There was dust on the nightstands, and there was like a burn stain on my bedsheets. But when I asked them to clean it they were more than happy to clean it.

I normally would not have rated the property as highly as I did but the staff was so great, so unbelievable supportive, that it outweight everything else. I salute the team for making our short stay memorable and excquisite

The shower head is so low i had to sit down to take a shower, and I am not perticularly tall, the shower was extremely uncomfortable and recommend it be fixed asap.
