Since we had meetings at Smart Village, the location was excellent. All the staff were professional and extra caring. We rented a car with a driver wfrom the hote to go to our meetings and it was a very easy process and the car was in wonderful condition and very comfortable! We also had a business lunch and the food was really good and the presentation amazing. We would definitely stay there again!

Phenomenal staff who goes extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Great bar with fantastic atmosphere. Swimming pool area is your morning to afternoon spot as sun disappears closer to 16 (November). Mrs Sadia Ghalib helped us felt welcomed at our rooms. Mrs Amr Hefrany helped us with organization of stay and luggage. Both were extremely nice and helpful. Mr Pheelo (reception and concierge) took grate care of us and helped organising transfers. Bar staff was phenomenal. Mrs Madonna helped with our extra needs and served with her advice. Lovely place.

Private hire cars are immensely overpriced yet drivers are lovely people.

Everything was perfect.they make sure you get all the comfort and services on time no matter what you request. I like the regency club where you can get free snacks in the afternoon and evening time. The veiw is very noce the bed is comfortable and the room is super clean. I like there is spresso machine im the suite aa well.

The only negative point is if you have car that you need parking for. You will be suprised when you check out that you have to pay fees for the parking during your stay. My recommendation to the hotel is to grant a free parking for all residents.

Beautiful location, overlooking the pyramids. Lovely staff who were very hospitable and kind. The hotel is gorgeous and flawless. The breakfast was delicious and served amazing traditional Egyptian food. Special thanks to Sana, assistant guest relations manager who was so helpful and welcoming. Mariam who was at the reception and ensured our needs were satisfied. Ehab who was very welcoming and friendly. Kerolos, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ali who was helpful and kind in checking us into the hotel and ensuring we chose the best hotel room which met our needs.

The whole place is filled with positive energy and happy vibes. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my entire stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate any request truly made me feel like a valued guest. The rooms were modern and clean, the amenities top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. A special shoutout to the staff for their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for their guests. I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience! PS: Breakfast was really delicious with huge variety; there was something for everyone!

Very friendly staff that were very kind and helpful. We appreciated that all staff tried to converse in English- we didn’t know a word of Egyptian Arabic!! Hotel facilities were brilliant, everything was clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Air conditioning unit in the room was loud, but we didn’t need it during the night. We had an adjoining room and the guests in that room were a bit too noisy for us (the sound travelled).

It is elegant , quiet and calm , slightly more orientated to business clientele which we preferred , although it is ideally located for visits to the Grand Museum and The Pyramids for tourists . It was a perfect location for our mixed age group of family and friends who were celebrating a significant birthday along with visiting the major attractions of New Giza . The service and accommodation were outstanding .

A stunning property minutes away from the Pyramids of Giza. My family and I enjoyed the great hospitality. The restaurants served a wide variety of cuisines (including vegetarian options) and the breakfast buffet was great too. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and resolved a major booking mix-up very smoothly. Staff members Mohammed Ibrahim, Kero, Ragab Farag, and everyone we interacted with were extremely polite. Our stay surpassed our expectations! Would definitely recommend staying at Hyatt Regency Cairo West on your next trip to Egypt.

Everything is fantastic, starting from Mariam who was always cheerful and helpful and supportive. The facility is Modren and when we reached the hotel the guy who was in the reception upgraded us to a room in front of the swimming pool , and that was awesome because my son was going by himself to the pool. Also the pool was fantastic and the lifeguards were around all the time . Food also is fantastic . Everything was special and for sure we will come back here .
