We like the location. It is close to city amenities, but you feel like you are away from it all. The hotel is very quiet, you dont here traffic at all. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a nice restaurant with good fare. There is an out door seating area which is nice to eat breakfast on.

There was a slight leak in the toilet and they managed to clean up the water, but it kept leaking overnight. There were some guests who were pretty unaware of how much nighttime noise carries. They kept opening and closing doors until very late, and the doors don't keep out the noise very well.

This place is super comfortable with beautiful grounds. It is an event hotel which is just fine great pool wonderful staff. No complaints.

I got charged $4.40 for a single cup of tea. I use two tea bags. The problem is I wasn't told ahead of time. Obviously I would not have gotten that that's insanely overpriced.

Breakfast is always the same. Fried beans, plantain and eggs.

No swimming pool.

Breakfast was good.- Hotel Finca must put light to the front of the gate.Hotel Finca must put Cement on the road inside the property to go to the hotel.The parking lot really need to have Cement in it because my suitcase was dirty on the dust;for that reason the owner must fixed it ASAP.

I just said about the dust on the parking lot is good.

The staff was amazing. I have to mention what the cleaning/breakfast lady said to me that I wish most people would realize: When I told her that I could get my own coffee and to relax, she answered, "it is because of you that I have a job, let me do it."

We liked everything, I guess one little thing is that the walls are not sound proof, but the building is small so there aren't that many guests. Also, they hold events, but they end at a reasonable time.

Perfect area if you want to be near the capital but away from the chaotic noise.

It was a bit hard to locate when we first arrived. But other than that, this place was everything I needed on this trip

Nothing bad about the property only thing is that it’s located on a big hill and I didn’t want to go up and down to go to the store so I used udder eats for everything.

Scenery was nice. We had a short walk around and saw plenty of good views.

The entrance was a bit hard to find. Calling the hotel resolved it quickly though, so I can’t be that upset about it.

This place is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about it. My husband and I stayed here for our wedding night and some of our family stayed here as well. We were greeted with warm cookies and fresh milk; the attention to detail is phenomenal; the rooms are spotless; and the decor is pristine. Luis and Fabiola also went above and beyond -- on our drive back after the wedding, we got a flat tire. Luis went out of his way to help us change it the next morning, in between juggling homemade breakfasts and other guests. They're just wonderful people. On top of that, the indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful and would make an incredible wedding venue, and the breakfast was amazing. We will stay here again.
