The staff are very good and always useful, the property design and structure is excellent, the bar/ seafood restaurant are excellent, Breakfast is good. cleanness is excellent (in spite of some guests not respecting that). service is -in general- very prompt.

Furniture, bed, mattress, fridge, etc.. is old, so are linen and towels (although clean and does the job). bathroom amenities are less than expected in such a hotel category. DONT expect comfort or luxury as it is very basic. The really bad side of the hotel is the jet ski noise (from outsiders), at early morning and around sunset, that really make me hesitant to go there again! one last comment, I didn't like some guests not respecting car parking protocols and manners!

Check in and check out was very simple and quick All staff are friendly, polite and always willing to help Hotel location is good and away from the built-up areas Private beach area was clean and safe Room was big and when asked to be cleaned, it was completed straight away. Used room service and the standard of food was good. Used kids play area and was found to be clean and safe. Value for money compared to other hotels in the area. 2nd time I have stayed at the hotel and will stay again.

Music blasting all night from the bar attached to the hotel. Guests should be informed of possible noise disturbance during the weekend. Not ideal when you have a 6-month baby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcomed and valued. The check-in process was seamless, and they even provided a refreshing welcome drink that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The accommodations were outstanding—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. My room had a breathtaking view, and the attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the complimentary toiletries. I cannot recommend this resort enough! It’s the perfect getaway for couples, families, or solo travelers.!

The breakfast was wonderful. Staff members were great. We really enjoyed the tranquil environment. The beach and pool were very nice. The kids play area was very convenient for us.

Our couch was broken when we arrived which didn’t bother us but is worth noting. Also, The last two nights in our room there was a heavy smoker in the room above or next to us and our room was full of smoke. This made me uncomfortable especially because I had my one year old in the room with me and prefer him not to be around second hand smoke.

The room was as advertised . It was perfect . The terrace overlooking the sea was fabulous . Access to the beach and pool couldn't be easier and the food on offer in the Mediterranean restaurant was great; both dinner buffet and breakfast . I would go again .

The cleaning of the pool area could be improved as the pool had garbage near the waterfall for over 18 hours . A glass , cigarette packages , butts, and a beer tin. I reported it to the pool bar but was ignored . There were also cigarette butts under the bridge that partitions the children's pool. Also beware if you book a beach front room you could be kept awake by the extremely loud partying on the beach ; there was a beach party at the time I stayed . Thank heaven I booked a sea view .

The location is amazing we visited 9 years ago and it was amazing to be back the breakfast was amazing staff so friendly and helpful the bartenders also so attentive and polite and the lifeguard always wore a smile such a friendly atmosphere

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like it was even better than last time with some improvements the beach bar was one of them if I could note anything it would be the bathroom the shower screens could do with an upgrade and areas of the bathroom as well as the balcony

The property is very pleasant and great for families. Swimming pool is big and suitable for both adults and kids. Breakfast offers quality food but a bit limited variety (still not bad for a 4 star hotel), the rooms are spacious and cozy, the balconies with swimming pool or sea view make early mornings better, the decorations and design of the facilities is well done, there are about 4 different restaurants that offer good food if you plan to stay in for lunch and dinner, check in and check out was quite smooth with no delays. Overall, it’s one of the least expensive family resorts in Bahrain that is provided a satisfying stay 2-3 night stay.

The staff need more training, they need to be nicer, and give smiles to the visitors. if you are coming here only for the beach, then don’t bother, the beach is sandy and has a nice view but the water it’s self doesn’t look clean and is below average. Room service in evenings doesn’t exist. either ask them to clean your early noon or don’t even call them cause they will not cooperate.

- swimming pool - kids club is great, especially for toddlers - restaurants inside resort (all kinds and good rates) - shisha is delicious (the guy responsible of shisha is professional) - spacious rooms - view from rooms - parking availability - toilets and facilities - staff and their service

- beach is boring, nothing there (no music or any kind of activity) but good for relaxing. - location is bad because of traffic lights near by - Breakfast is basic but it is okay

Great neatness across the property, Hygiene is superb, Co-operative staff,Pool is well maintained, Comfortable beds,Excellent view from room, free golf-cart service from pool to reach room, Great breakfast menu,Chef on live omlet is good in making all varieties of omlet which my kids loved. I was little early for check-in but staff at reception helped to get in the room. Thanks to the staff for making our holidays memorable.

The speed of room service and service at the beach needs little improvement, Limited options for the Indian menu (I found only biryani and paneer) which needs improvement and more varieties can be added. Remaining everything was beyond the expectations.

Helpful staff. Good amenities. Nice location. Ample car parking.

Breakfast didn't had any Indian options (except for a side dish, without a main). Pool heating wasn't great (especially for the windy weather we experienced in December). The price was a bit higher for the property.
