We were quite pleased with this hotel. Check in and check out were very easy and the staff polite. The hotel and particularly our room was very clean. Breakfast was great and exceeded our expectations especially as we had 3 kids (omelette, breakfast sandwiches (egg McMuffin type), porridge with available toppings, cereal, fruit (bananas, tangerines), yogurt, toast and bagels, packaged muffins, juice, and coffee). Parking was free and plentiful. The hotel seemed to have a nice pool and small gym although we did not use during our stay. Family friendly hotel with a kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and some bowls/cups/cutlery which were great to have.

The hotel is new and clean. The wi-fi is not good.

After a long day, I was extremely tired at checkin and I forgot the pin codes of my credit cards. I was told that I cannot pay in any other way (?!) and I might also look for another hotel (even though my booking was for 8 nights). This is totally unacceptable behavior from a front desk clerk. You'd better train your people and try to accommodate well your clients. You exist thanks to us.

Location was perfect for our visit, not far from the airport and the local areas of Brampton/Bramalea/Mississauga. The rooms were much larger than we expected, including a kitchenette and lounge area. The inclusive breakfast was wholesome and filling. The on-site laundry facilities were a bonus along with the swimming pool.

Late at night when the hotel was full occupancy, it was difficult sometimes to find a suitable place to park.

The property was a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, offering immaculate cleanliness, stunning decor, and a serene atmosphere that made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the luxurious amenities to the beautifully landscaped surroundings, truly exceeded my expectations.

The property was easy to find and access. The room was huge and very much like an apartment. The staff went above and beyond for us at check in. It was our first stay and it was only one night but they treated us like we were regulars..

Parking was tight and I wish breakfast was on a little longer than 9:30am. But I did notice that someone came down after the breakfast hours were finished (approx. 20min)and they closed the curtain and they allowed them to eat.

The mattresses were SOOO comfortable!!! Loved the kitchenette area with small selection of dinnerware, nice big sink and fairly big fridge. TONS of storage space and loved how the table with wheels pulled up to the couch for generous dining space. Also very nice feature was the included charging power cords that come out of the base of the bedside lamp...a couple for androids, tablets, etc, and another for iphones/ipads. Very nice!!!Everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious, with a great mix of sweet and savory, hot and cold selections. Nice indoor pool. Stayed here with my family of 6. I highly recommend and would most definitely stay again. Great location to Toronto with a more affordable price point than staying in the city.

We did not have a blanket for the pull-out bed. We asked for one, but the facility seemed to be out of blankets that evening. Our room also did not have enough towels for our family of 6. Not deal breakers, but something that might be improved upon for later guests.

We all shared and the bedroom was like a dormitory which suited the purpose. There was a curtain to give privacy. Sharing was not a problem as the room was very airy and spacious. 20 min walk to Walmart and other shops , albeit across a busy road. Near the airport.

There was no where to sit for breakfast.

I made the booking in January and then read some reviews touching on what the reviewers perceived to be negatives. I did not see this in any aspect of our stay. It was a very comfortable stay. Location was okay, it is not downtown Toronto or even Brampton - and this is reflected in the price. It was very clean and was kept clean. Breakfast was the standard hotel offering, but well worth it. Staff were friendly, respectful and keen to help. Ultimately, a good stay and I’ll happily stay again.

The hotel was really clean and friendly staff, very close to the airport and close to places to eat and some shops

Breakfast had very little variety, especially when you go with children, there are not many options, so my children did not have breakfast. The pool water has a lot of chlorine.

The main bed was very comfortable and even the pull out couch was quite comfortable. The space in the room was nice compared to other hotels. It was convenient to have the kitchen facilities in the room. The shower was great and some family members really liked the smell of the shower gel.

The breakfast was a bit of a let down. We had heard there were waffles and we were looking forward to that. We also expected bacon or sausages. There were no muffins or other breakfast pastries that I expected. What was there was ok but not great. Our shower gel was nearly empty so most people couldn’t use it. Everything else was great.
