The workers were friendly and the rooms were clean. They do tend to have a slight odor due to the carpeting in the rooms. It is not overpowering, but noticeable. No live bugs in the rooms as some of the rooms I have recently stayed in had (never at this one though). I have found a few dead ones. It’s summer, no surprise there.

My main problem with this stay was that the worker that checked me in was asking for ADA paperwork for a service animal. My husband has Multiple Sclerosis and she is his catcher dog for when he falls and a retriever of items for him. But a business may not ask for paperwork. They can ask what job she performs, and if she is required because of a disability. And the pool says its hours are 10am-9pm…. People need to actually pick that gate. People in the pool at 11:30pm-12:30am is ridiculous.

The room was spacious (we had the family suite) and the location was close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were all nice and professional. The cleaning staff did a great job of cleaning up the room each day. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The beds were comfortable.

I did not like that there was construction on the expressway in front of the hotel. The bathroom was a little small.

The front desk clerk let me in my room early and I really appreciated it. I had driven all night to say goodbye to my brother who is dying from pancreatic cancer. This gave me a chance to take a shower and drop off my stuff before returning to the hospital. She didn’t have to do it, but she did. It’s that kind of service that makes a hotel exceptional.

No concerns

Breakfast was awesome! My family enjoyed their stay. I Loved the size of the room it was perfect for our family of 6. The room was clean, and the furniture was perfect as temporary barricades for our toddlers.

The full length mirror needs to be more secure on the wall for my one year old toddler was fascinated by how he could pull on it. And the corner protectors need to be more secure as well he would not stop trying to get his fingers behind them.

Great hotel a little pricey, but overall the accommodations were great. The rooms were spotless. The food was terrific. I love this place I will definitely go back.

But I like about it most was the friendly faces and the food was delicious bed was comfortable. They kept towels in the rooms. It was just a nice place all around.

Breakfast was good. The person taking care of the breakfast did a great job was always checking to make sure it was filled and kept the area clean. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I didn’t like how hard it was for us to get to the hotel. Our GPS took us through the surrounding neighborhood and it was dark and very unfamiliar surroundings.

Sausage was ok, Fruit, yogurt cereal, juice was fine Clean room, a bit of a Musk smell, overall we were pleased and very clean

Eggs not the natural type, pancake taste just ok. Toilet was very low to the ground, didn't look like a standard toilet.

I like how the staffing is very friendly and when requested more linens, they had them ready in a timely manner. Room was clean and did not smell bad. I like how there was free HBO as well. Everything was great!!

This visit was pleasurable and nothing really to complain about. The staff was so nice and the hotel as a whole was clean and tidy. The breakfast was great.

The room was pretty clean. The beds were nice and comfortable and even provided us with a really comfy roll away bed for our daughter. The kids had a great time at the pool it was nice and well kept. The staff was amazing always happy to help and smiling they were great. Didn't have to worry about our vehicle being broken into at night all nice cars around and nothing suspicious. And forgot to mention they had an amazing breakfast with a large variety of things not just a muffin or make u a waffle or bowl of cereal I'm talking eggs bacon sausage biscuits gravy muffins waffles and much more it was great and very helpful when traveling. Loved it so much we went ahead and booked again for our way back through and will definitely be using this hotel again. Loved it

Not much honestly. Except getting that bed up all those stairs lol and maybe that the vending machine wouldn't take change haha there wasn't much to complain about at all just insignificant little things honestly. Maybe that u couldn't really enjoy the peaceful poolside because it was super close to the highway but all in all it was an amazing hotel

The stairs! But, that's on me for forgetting to clarify the need for a downstairs room! And it's not as if the property can change the lack of an elevator! 😁
