The hotel is in a good location by car. The famous Hollywood places are closed to (5-10 min) by car. The garage is easy, under the rooms on first floor (parking places are not to wide). The stuff is nice, the owner too (I met him by chance). The rooms are confortable, not too luxory but to stay in for nights is good enough. I used it in my L.A. trips, 3 times already.

The parking places are not to wild for big cars, if arrive in the late evening not to easy to find usable parking place. The rooms airconditioning coller drips onto the cars and sometimes onto the man's neck when step out from car.

Excellent location, within a short distance of Hollywood and DTLA. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. Laundry service on site is very helpful! Free parking and security on site.

Onsite facilities were a little sparse, the room had a fridge freezer but that's about it. A few vending machines are located on the first floor by the pool for coffee and cold drinks. My main concern was that there was construction going on during the day and i wasn't made aware of this prior to arrival. Had I not been out of the hotel room most of the time this would have been an issue because of the excessive noise.

I’ve stayed here many times. Location is good for my needs. Nothing around that attracts homeless or street people. Great staff. Clean rooms.

This was a one time issue. We flew into LAX at 11pm so check in wasn’t until about 1am after getting a my rental car. It was 42 degrees and our rooms heater wasn’t working right. I set it at 80 degrees and still shivering in bed with the extra blanket. The next day we got our room changed and after that everything was as expected. Parking is tight but I knew that from previous stays

Fantastic staff so helpful, very clean motel, the rooms were made up every day, beds are firm and comfortable. Pool has lovely tepid water. Handy laundry, 1 washer and 1 drier $2.50 per load. Spacious rooms. The location was perfect for Hollywood attractions. Free parking, our 15 seater van fit into the motel car park at the rear easily. Street parking available (2 hour time limit during business hours). Fridge was handy to keep food/drinks cool. The aircon was fabulous and a great relief after a hot day out in Hollywood. The area was safe and secure. We were a family group of 15 including an infant, we booked 4 rooms and had the best time! We'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel has covered parking. The spots were good amounts, but might not be enough, if the hotel is fully occupied. We were lucky because most of people were there for baseball game left at the end of Sunday. The location is excellent. It is close to Korean town and only less than 3 miles from where we need to be. The staff were very helpful! They had luggage cart, which we could use to move everything in the car into the room with only one trip. We were told by friends that don’t leave anything in the car. The room was a good size for 3 of us. We enjoyed the stay.

The soap left my body dry, so as the shampoo. Next time I probably will bring my own thing. The air conditioner was very loud, so we couldn’t sleep when it was on. Luckily it was very cool at night, so we opened the window. However, in the middle of night, someone was coughing really bad outside of window, so my mom closed the window in case virus came in. Several hours later, I opened the window again because it was too warm. So, we didn’t get a good night sleep.

great area, felt safe, close enough to downtown and Hollywood but far enough away from business, great neighborhood, big clean rooms, great helpful staff, nice pool, quiet and relaxing

Location. Friendly staffs. And the cleaners are always making our room tidy and refreshed daily. Free parking.

No microwave or coffee maker inside the room. But not a very big issue for me. The noise from a room above us is annoying. You can always hear their loud and heavy footsteps. Wish they had a thicker flooring or soundproofing in between levels, these may be difficult for someone who can’t sleep well with such noises.

Fantastic location Clean

The facility is located in a good area, by transportation you can really get anywhere. The pool area was very well maintained, the rooms clean and the staff really friendly. We arrived before check-in time and were given the option li leave our luggage securely while we took a tour before check-in time and the same thing was done for check out without paying anything!

The only thing is that there were few pillows, there were no negative aspects, this is simply a " more ".
