We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was very spacious. It was nice how each bedroom was on opposite sides and the kitchen in the middle. It gave each family their privacy. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast in each morning and the view was beautiful. Their were restaurants that were in walking distance and were a great option for traveling with kids. We ate at Pinchers, Gather and the Maker.

- The staff was very friendly and accommodating - The 2-bedroom room was large, spacious and clean - The convenience of having great restaurants and small shops on the property was convenient and fun. - The activities were perfect - The atmosphere around the hotel was great. - The hotel is pet-friendly.

- The bartender at the pool was the only one working. We spent the day at the pool, and the bartender had to attend a long line of guests at the bar, and then find the time to hand out meals that people had ordered. At times, you would see the bartender walking around the pool with the meal trying to spot the guests who had ordered it. I think it would be convenient for guests and more profitable for the hotel to have a bartender stationed at the bar, while another staff member go around attending the guests at the pool, especially during the weekend or at busy times. My family and I ordered drinks and food once, but we would have ordered a lot more during our time at the pool - but we didn’t, because the line at the bar was too long.

- Loved the staff, who were so welcoming and accommodating throughout our trip. Special shout out to Omar, Alex, and Cody for their incredible hospitality. - Amenities and location were top notch. There was so much to do and see here, which we tried to pack into two days. - Overall facilities were well cared for and modern, from those in the bedroom/suites to common areas (e.g. fitness studio).

We loved the property but the service was horrible. I had to continue to come down and get my own towels and coffee. I scheduled to have my room cleaned on Saturday and no one showed up. Once again had to get my own supplies. They said the lack of service was due to covid but that really isn't the case. We moved to the Marriott Sanibel resort after checking out and they offered full service. Night and day difference in the two properties.I

Beautiful marina and amenities including the pool and outside bar area. nice walking areas. There aren’t many nice places to stay in Cape Coral and I’d rank this the best there is!

Wonderful staff, even upgraded us to a larger room and allowed later check out (with a fee that was acceptable) the staff was just super, from check in, bell men, room service, restaurant reservation lady. Just had a really nice time. Will be back.

We loved the property, pool, spacious and clean rooms. Definitely will be back!

Service could have been better. We were told they were under staffed because it was off season but the restaurant and pool were full. Also, did not have pool staff and all pool gates were locked but one so since it was chilly it was a bummer to go to far end if gate snd around pool area to get drinks. We had to get all kids out of the pool to get drinks or food if my husband and I were both not at pool at same time. That was frustrating but other than that it’s a beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay.

Lots of choices of places to eat and shop right on the property. Bikes available for guests to use. Staff was very helpful.

No towels available at the tarpon pool center. The products in my room were not full? So, previously used? I’ve always thought any unused portion left behind would be discarded. No vanity set (cotton swabs, cotton balls, etc.) which in the price range I paid I would expect this.

This hotel was huge and extremely enormous. The views were amazing, the bed was very comfortable. And the suite I stayed in had everything I needed and more.

This was one of the most amazing hotels I stayed in. However the drinks were a bit too light on the alcoholic side. That is the only thing I disliked from my stay.
