Mary-Jane demonstrated exceptional customer service by promptly resolving the room mix-up and accommodating our request for adjoining rooms. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, with plush bedding and a delightful balcony view. The bathrooms were generously sized and well-equipped. The housekeeping staff maintained impeccable standards, ensuring a spotless and pleasant environment. The provision of separate pool towels was a thoughtful touch, preventing the depletion of room towels. The breakfast offerings were fresh and of good quality. The innovative pancake machine added a unique and enjoyable element to the dining experience. It was evident that the establishment prioritized guest safety and satisfaction, taking commendable measures to ensure a worthwhile experience for their patrons.

I liked that the hotel was clean and exceeded my expectations in that manner. The rooms were immaculate, the dining area for breakfast was neat and clean. I like the man that checked me in, he was kind and patient. I really enjoyed the coffee, it was delicious. The breakfast had a nice variety, except they were out of eggs when I got to the buffet.

I did not like the snarky red head who yelled at not only my siblings but the gentlemen that were behind them. It was 11pm, we were checking in and she came out and literally yelled at everyone to be quiet because she was "trying to do her job". Granted, everyone was a little loud but the ceilings are high and the noise travels. There are ways to talk to your clientele, and while I feel that she was probably in a bad position with people being loud, there are ways to handle it more professionally. Everyone else that we encountered was pleasant and professional.

The location was great. We were close to restaurants and entertainment. They accommodate a dog. We were moving here, but until we picked up a guest bed, we had an empty house. It was just what we needed for the final night of our travels to move to Cape Coral.

Our dog was with us. After I took her potty, I wanted a cup of coffee. I couldn’t leave the dog in the room alone. I took her just to grab the coffee, and the manager told me in an unfriendly tone that the dog couldn’t enter the area with the dog. She stepped away from the lobby, and watched me the entire time. She did the same when we were leaving. She stepped away from the front desk to ensure I didn’t enter the area where coffee and juice was.

The breakfast and the staff at the breakfast area were very nice and welcoming.

While I was doing the check in the girl in the front was stretching her back as I said good evening, she asked me to wait for her to finish stretching before she could talk to me. Also the room was not clean. Lots of hair from the previous customer and even in the refrigerator food from previous customer.

our room had kind of a mildew smell that never really seem to go away but I’m not too picky so I just lived with it.

Very last minute stay, staff were polite and friendly. Clean room of a good size, nice to have the extra space on the balcony

At breakfast I was overrun by people with little kids thinking it’s ok for the kids to wander around etc. People need to realise the world isn’t just for them, and kids don’t rule the roost, so teach them respect of others, sit at a table and be decent kids

Very clean, well maintained property. Staff very efficient and friendly. After checkin, followed up to see if everything was satisfactory or I needed anything. Breakfast was very good. Readily accommodated my request for later checkout time. Looked near several restaurants and night-spots.

Only needed a magnifying mirror in bathroom.

I loved everything about our stay. The room was very clean and we loved having a balcony. The free breakfast was a great perk to the stay! The pool was clean and the pool area was nice and clean! The housekeeping staff was exceptional and did a great job cleaning our room and making sure we had fresh towels. All the other staff were so kind and welcoming to our family and greeted us each time they saw us during our stay!

My only complaint was the shower curtain. Either way I pulled it it would come down on either side. I told front desk at checkout and they said they’d take care of it right away. :)
