Didn’t have breakfast

I reserved and paid for my room through Booking.com and the only I was supposed to do was to get my key but the guy at the front desk kept telling me that he didn’t see my reservation even after I showed him the confirmation number . And all of a sudden my receipt appeared right behind him. To me it was unnecessary time wasted and I did everything before I got there to prevent all of this . I even pre registered so everything was done but I should have just waited until I got there if I had known it wasn’t going to help.

Everything went well , only thing subpar was the breakfast with only bread , cold boiled eggs and cereal ! Other than the breakfast ( which should have been much better looking at the price of the room ) , everything was perfect .

The hotel is near the expressway and near the major food chains…. It has an indoor pool that can be access from inside the hotel. Comfortable & clean beds. Also Dove soap is giving to wash your hands with lotion instead of the regular hotel hard dry soap

The indoor pool could have been warmer since the temperature outside was cooler.

Location privacy friendly clean cute dove containers in shower, the bed bug protector stain protector and sheets, I wrote a whole google review telling everything I would definitely stay here again thank you!

The microwave was dirty and didn’t work but it could have been unplugged and the knob came off but I believe it could be pushed back on.

Indoor pool, small but does the job. Pool is somewhat heated, it wasn't FREEZING but it was cool, however it was 30 degrees outside. The indoor space is heated very nicely. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The hot tub is no longer on site, suck!!!, that was one of the deciding factors when booking. Linens could have been more presentable. Breakfast was almost nonexistent, luckily there are many options very close by. Hallways smell like cigarette smoke in the evenings, but the rooms do NOT smell like smoke. Overall, I would stay here again.

The staff was great! Catered to our needs where they could. I especially liked the fact that this week we stayed in for my daughters slumber party was above the laundry room. Meaning little feet did not get on anyone’s nerves while dancing around.

room 202, which is a king suite was not nearly as big as the previous suite I have stayed in which was a bit of a disappointment due to I was having a slumber party for my daughter and some school friends. The pool was super chlorinated, which burnt some eyes. There is a crack in the tile floor beside the jet tub along with the plug in the jet tub does not seal properly to the point you have to use a rag. Lastly, the pull out sofa bed is 100% uncomfortable, not complaining just being honest.

Clean Rooms. Laundromat Available . Indoor pool. Easy access to room. Easy side access to building.

We left the room at 10:30 am. Maid service was already outside of our three rooms, ready to clean up and rushing us by constantly asking if we were done already. Check out is at 11am they need to learn patience.

Price, clean and a great staff. The location was perfect almost everything we wanted and go wasn't far off.

Bathroom toilet was a little close to the ground and little tight fitting. No your problem I'm a big guy, I understand.

Location was perfect right off the interstate and sitting next to Cracker Barrel, Waffle House, and Chick-fil-A. The pool was nice. The room was comfortable. Beds were nice and AC was cold. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the maintenance guy, to the housekeeping lady.

Couldn't find a ice bucket in the room and couldn't find a ice machine on our hall.

Good value for the money. comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy but perfect for an overnight stop. Good location. Close to everything. The pool was nice.

Nothing special. Overall that was OK. Pool's water was super cold. Breakfast was very basic.
