The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and well equipped. I only stayed for 1 night between flights so the location close to the airport was very convenient and the 24h shuttle service to the airport is great. There is limited possibilities for shopping or eating in the vicinity but the restaurant at the property is good.

The wifi was not working well. I was connected but could not read my emails and accessing websites was slow and difficult. However, I didn't have that problem in my previous stay and I was too tired to complain and contact the staff to look for a solution.

Shuttle to/from the airport was quite useful. Room was a good size for a single person: just a bed, a fridge and microwave, and a bathroom. Air conditioning made the room bearable in the tropical temperature. They'll happily supply change for the buses so you can get around the island, and the staff are quite friendly.

They require a deposit when you check in; $200 standard, but they accepted $50 from me, as I didn't have a lot of money at the point of check-in. I'm still waiting to get it back a week after checkout. The door card repeatedly lost its configuration. They kept saying to keep it away from your phone and other cards, which I did, but I had to keep going back to reception to reset it. You have to call them when you get to the airport for them to pick you up. I had to borrow a stranger's phone to do it, as I'm not from the US, and didn't have a US phone number.

Great location. We only had a brief stopover in Hawaii and the hotel's proximity to the airport meant we could have maximum sleep. Excellent airport pick up service. We didn't have US sim cards, so the concierge directed us to a landline which connected directly to the hotel. After ringing, the shuttle picked us up promptly. Friendly, helpful staff. Despite many guests arriving simultaneously, the staff were helpful and efficient.

Close to the airport, shuttle was convenient and prompt, staff was friendly and helpful, parking available, it was mostly quiet (unlike some of the negative reviews). Coffee on the lobby is much better than the coffee on the cruise ship I’m on now! Chinese restaurant on the property is good. I had originally reserved a hotel in Waikiki, but when we realized our flight was arriving very late and we decided we wanted to rent a car the next day and go to the North Shore, reserving at Pacific Marina made much more sense. I also brought earplugs in case the noise was bad, but they were not necessary. The stay worked out perfectly for what we wanted to do.

Nothing that I didn’t already anticipate from the reviews I’d read. The room is small. The property is a little hard to find when driving, mostly thanks to nearby construction. But overall the place and the stay exceeded my expectations.

The staff were the first we’ve seen in Honolulu who sincerely showed the so-called “Aloha spirit”. We were a last minute stay due to a flight cancellation. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and make the best of a bad situation. 24 hr airport shuttle, very clean room, and they let us store our bags there after checkout as our flight wasn’t until 10PM… no charge.

It’s a 60’s vintage hotel that had an airport industrial park get built around it. But if one is there for a short stay, it’s perfectly adequate, and we’d recommend it. Just maybe not for an entire vacation.

Clean and comfortable. Close to airport with free shuttle.

Located in industrial area. Didn’t seem the best place to be out at night. Our suite could have used a small table and chairs rather than having to sit on sofa bed to eat or relax. Switch to turn off the overhead fluorescent light also turned off ceiling fan so no fan at night while light was off.

Loved that there was a pool, Chinese restaurant (as well as convenience style little store next to reception with microwavable food options in case you get in late or early) as well as a bar onsite that does karaoke and all sorts. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Fridge and microwave in the room which is good. The airport shuttle runs 24hrs a day - every 30 mins which was brilliant for us.

The building is old but they do what they can to make your stay clean and comfortable.

Great location and free airport shuttle. Pacific Marina was a fine choice for an overnight layover. Comfy beds. There is an on-site convenience store and restaurant, which is handy.

The property is a bit tired. It would benefit from fresh interior paint and a bathroom remodel. Everything was reasonably clean, but the sheets (which were obviously clean and changed) did have some small stains. It’s perfectly fine for an overnight stay, but I wouldn’t stay any longer than that.

i love how helpful the manager was in extending our stay at the hotel. We had to keep extending for my daughter’s appointments and Tati (the manager) was so awesome and understanding.

Out of all the staff we encountered in our week long stay there, Only Tati was welcoming, kind and understanding whenever we would have questions or in need of assistance. The rest were dismissive and rude

Loved the shuttle to and fro, and the short distance to the hotel (arrived late in the evening). The staff was FRIENDLY and accommodating- even let us store a small cooler in their freezer. We loved the courtyard for our morning coffee!

The room we stayed in was small, which was just fine for my husband and myself, but it is the only reason I did not recommend it for families or pets.
