I haven't stayed at a Best Western property in years because the last 2 times I did, my room was very dirty. One of the times I was moved and they moved me to a room that was already occupied. The next room they put me in, was also not clean, but I just gave up at that point. The other time there were no other rooms available so, I slept in my clothes in a chair because there was lots of hair on the sheets from the previous occupant(s). This property was very clean and impressive and I'm happy I decided to give it a try again. Breakfast was very good and we had lots of options to choose from. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and welcoming! I will definitely look to book at Best Western in our future travels.

I grew up in Lincoln, and came back for a funeral, so I was seeing quite a few people that I grew up with. The location and address seems obscure. Seems like there needs to be more publicity, or referencing to known nearby businesses, or highway intersections or off ramps or something. I was seeing locals, and they couldn't describe my location, even after being there. You may hesitate to name businesses that it is near, but you need to come up SOMETHING to orient even locals, as to where you are. It is the problem that comes from not be on a main street. Also, not having taxi service available is limiting. Uber apparently works, but it is not like being able to call a taxi.

This entire hotel looks new - even the carpet looked like it had just been put down. I think it's the first time I have not been afraid to go barefoot in a hotel room! I was traveling with 2 dogs - there is SO MUCH plush, green grass around the property and plenty of trash cans/poop bags, etc. The food shop had all the right items for an impromptu hotel "dinner" after a long day of driving. Luggage carts are clutch - and they are the smaller ones with brakes that are easily controlled by one person. I missed the breakfast because I slept late, but when I was checking out, it sure smelled good!

It was difficult to lug all of my stuff and my dogs' stuff to the second floor - would recommend requesting first floor if you are traveling with pets.

Actually, the breakfast on the one morning we were there had some sort of egg turnovers omelette thing and they were burned. When we came down at 8 AM they were totally out of sausages and just a couple of the burned eggs the young lady right away started making more and my husband did have a couple sausages, but never did eat the eggs, the one she brought out were also burnt. I loved it because I had a waffle with strawberries and whipped cream cream on.

Better eggs and keep a better eye on food than ran out

Breakfast! Area wasn’t very clean. Breakfast options were not replaced in a timely manner. Selection was poor. Cinnamon rolls were stale. Very little selection of cereal. Eggs were cold. Sausage not replaced. Milk not replaced. Waffle area very messy. Experienced far better service at a BW in Rawlins, Wy. They took pride in their breakfast area.

I was late arriving at the hotel but my daughter was on time and they gave my daughter a key and let her in the room we're as a year ago We went to a concert in Lincoln and they did not let my daughter in the room when she arrived on time and I was late and she had to wait and it was cold and I really appreciate that they let her in the room and we're so kind.

the only downfall was the breakfast the 1st morning was not so great I think there's just toast out there or something but to be fair it was Christmas morning so they did not have housekeeping and such on duty and II can understand that other than that the next day breakfast was amazing

Convient location and the room was very clean and quiet. Staff was polite. Standard continental break was good and well stocked. Decent coffee also. Bed and pillows comfy, and AC worked great. Nice water pressure in shower. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay here again if in area

Pool was a bit chilly, but hot tub more then made up for it.

Love that we had breakfast every morning and it was good. Plus super close to fast food place so if I wanted to grab a bite or door dash it was quick.

Housekeeping didn’t really make our bed. Other then that there wasn’t much not to like. Ooh the parking at night is kind of hard. It gets pack.

Bright light shining in window at night😳 this is our second stay. the front desk person on duty was mopping the floor. hard worker and very pleasant. but only one on duty and seemed overworked. FD clerk was very nice and did not complain or say a word. my observation. Our first experience two young women on duty who I do not think had a drop of experience. but we got checked in to a dirty room. moved to a somewhat clean room. Bottom line things have improved from May 2022.

Easy to find and very welcoming environment. The shower got hot right away, which made for a perfect experience. I was really impressed that there was an ironing board and iron, which I did use and the hairdryer which I did use.

Can’t think of anything derogatory because my stay was an excellent one.
