The room looked clean and beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit and waffles. The bed was comfortable and temperature was good. Staff was friendly and coffee was always available. Price was good and it was convenient to points of interest in City as well as I felt safe there. They also upgraded my room for no charge when I arrived.

You could have had tea offered with the coffee for a non-caffeinated beverage. Hot water was provided. Walls were a little thin so I could hear the conversation next door but it was quiet at a reasonable hour,

The room was comfortable and clean. They were trying for the minimalist look which was fine except there were no drawers and the clothes rod was so low my dresses were on the floor. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fairly common but not much protein. the staff was friendly and helpful.

We chose this hotel because of the pool. It didn't open until 3pm according to the door to the pool or 4 pm according to the slide show above the desk. We like our early morning swim so this was quite the disappointment.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was adequate. Good mattress, and decent pillows. Nice that the room had a fridge and microwave even though it wasn't a suite.

The bathroom was dirty. Hair in the shower, balls of hair on the floor from a previous guest. The towels had stains, and appeared dirty. The phone didn't work, not that I would want to touch the phone because it was dirty, had crumbs, and some sort of chunky substance on the phone cord. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff helped me to locate a food delivery place near by and I got some food and had a wonderful night. Slept like a baby and had a very good breakfast and had an easy check out and will try and stay with you again.

Would have like to seen an easy way to use the remote to find the difference between the menu of the tv and the menu of the guide channels that were available. And also would have liked to have at least one had bar of soap. Otherwise the room and staff were great

Housekeepers very nice friendly very welcoming kind night girl little Mexican girl AMAZING. CHAD VERY NICE MAN. However the young man need a little more customer service.

The general on the weekend seems like he can never figure out people's reservations

I loved that there was recycling cans next to the trash can. The bed was incredibly soft. Staff was friendly and professional. Beautiful little room, perfect size for a solo traveler.

The noise of other guests and their dogs, the grounds were a little dirty.

Quick check in. Friendly staff. Clean room and all other areas. Decent breakfast with Hostess brand breakfast items. Large room that easily accommodated my dog’s large crate. Comfy beds.

No concerns or complaints.

Fast check in. Location. Fair price. The bed was at least clean.

Lots of signs of deferred maintenance. Throughout the building. And evidence the room was not cleaned completely beyond a change of sheets between guests. (Soap drips, unvacuumed floors, etc) A/c due for refrigeratrant refill and fan cleaning. At the very least the fan and filter clean would make the system more efficient, last longer, and be more cost effective than waiting until it failed. Not to mention energy savings.

Great price, clean, comfy bed

We were put in a handicap accessible room and didn't request that. The shower made a huge mess getting water everywhere because of the handicap accessible design

I loved the accommodations for our dog. This was his first hotel stay and it was a great experience for all of us.

My husband was disgruntled that I took him off the highway. He got over it.
