Great suite not far from the Strip. Smokeless so didn't have to pass through a smoke-filled casino to get to my suite. Lots of room and comfortable.

Loved the room and everything it had to offer! The fireplace and balcony was our favorite, well honestly the entire kitchen and living room it’s so spacious and the amenities leave you speechless they have everything you need from dishes, to pans, cups, even a sponge and dishes soap! I really appreciated the laundry and dryer which h didn’t get to use sadly they seemed old and messed up so I didn’t want to be held accountable for any damage that was already done but they even give you detergent it’s awesome!! so many kid channels which we appreciate too.

Giving it a 9/10 because even with security and “gated” entrances they had stair entrances straight to the rooms that people were coming to chill at from outside so it beats the purpose of the gated entrance. Lots of cameras but still felt unsafe walking to my car and back because once again anyone could just walk onto the property and towards your room I even avoided going through the stairs after seeing people walking on to them from the outside so you don’t even know if they were staying there or not. Jetted rub in our room was dirty I tried to fill it up for our son to take a bath but all kind of debris was in the water so we didn’t even use it just to shower.

It is a very nice hotel with very large and clean rooms with a balcony and kitchen. Good pool. Very friendly staff. Price / Quality ratio is excellent. It is a bit far from the strip, but the hotel provides a free shuttle and there is a rta bus stopping in front of the hotel.

The rooms are a little dated / worn down.

The room was great. Nice pool. Walls paper thin. I could hear every word on the other side of the wall. Luckily they were interesting and didn't watch TV long, lol. (they were not being loud) they lock up the front desk weirdly early and we're not there when I left at 0900. Very disappointed that the 0900 shuttle to the strip didn't show up, so I walked to Denny's with my suitcases to eat and then had to pay for a cab.

The room was spacious and very clean with everything we needed. The shuttle to and from the strip was awesome. The swimming pool was delightful. We enjoyed playing pickleball too. Very close to a grocery store.

The AC was problematic, every night it started to heat the unit even though it said it was cooling. Mostly we were able to fix it but it took some fiddling. We let them know.

The registration staff was absolutely wonderful and professional. They worked well helping one another, just can not say enough about them. The housekeeping lady was very respectful to both my sister and I, nothing like the ones in the major hotels and casinos housekeepers. It was quiet and closely located to casinos. The kitchenette was very adequate. My husband is a diabetic and food areas are a major concern for us when traveling. I will be returning. My only objection to the room is there were not enough blankets for the bed the one I had was real light weight, I had to use the two pool towels for additional covering.

The attitude of the security lady who came to take us to our room was awful. I am on a walker and both my sister and I are over 70 and ended up walking from the registration office down and across the street to our room due to her VERY NASTY attitude. Beautiful place removed from the Strip, the shuttle bus was really handy

Our room on the ground floor, street side, with very noisy air conditioning boxes on both sides of the balcony, shame they didn’t get us a nicer room as the place was not busy.

I really like the peace and quiet it offers being away from the noise and traffic usually found in other hotels located in the Las Vegas strip. It’s also close to a lot of mom and pop shops including access to a main grocery store.

The facility is showing its age in several areas and could definitely use some upgrades. That being said, overall I still would rate our stay as excellent.

The pool was centrally located and well maintained. The facilities were well maintained. The staff we dealt with was very friendly. Location was good for our reason staying there.

The facilities need to be updated. The bathrooms have very high step int jacuzzi tubs which are difficult for the elderly to get into. (It was difficult for me and I'm not elderly) I almost tripped getting in. You should not have to require a mobility room as not everyone needs that but a walk in shower would be more beneficial for the population as a whole. The walkways have fans but most are not working, The place needs some atmosphere in the walkways. There are no pictures to spruce up the place.
