Staff were extremely helpful, Booking.com messed up our booking but the guys from the front desk (Andrea and her team) were amazing with sorting out all our issues that booking.com were not able to fix. They have a shuttle bus from the hotel to the strip and back that made us very very happy, as we were able to spend our NYE with peace of mind and take the free shuttle back to the hotel at 3 am . Free breakfast is AMAZING!!!! We will definitely book this place again

This was a perfect location to be close to the airport. We were driving from California to catch a flight. We ended up being late (around midnight). The staff was wonderful about us checking in so late. Breakfast was nice. The staff were all wonderful. The hotel had steps to keep guests safe (locked doors unless you had a key at all times for some doors and after 11 for the front door). We had to call and they were great on the phone too. Nice bathrooms. All around great experience. They have amazing amount of usb ports and plug ins for charging devices.

Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Hotel was bright, clean and sparkled which means someone is always wiping the surfaces and floors. Breakfast was great and each day had a different hot selection. Location is close to S. Las Vegas Boulevard which is the best road to access all casinos. Also close to hotel were plenty of restaurants and fast food businesses. Quiet rooms. Great stay. Thank you.

Liked everything about hotel. Beware that Las Vegas is undergoing traffic changes and construction for upcoming Formula 1 race in November 2023. Hotel is not near the construction, but to get anywhere you will be affected by the road work.

This hotel is clean and centrally located near shop and restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. Tiana was great, helpful, and down to earth. The fre breakfast and the pool are a plus. There is a mini store located in the lobby for snacks. The clerk with the short hair was not very nice as well as the young man with dreadlocks. They were focused more on being on mobile devices than assistance. Everyone else was accommodating. The welcome was warm, and the room was cozy and really clean. I barely left the room because of this. This is a cheaper option away from the strip, which you can still get to by Uber within 10 mins. There is also a hotel shuttle. Will reserve again for future stays.

It is a beautiful property! It looks like it was just opened for business last week. It’s. Been opened for 3yrs they told me.It has all amenities you would want. Great location just off the strip but far enough away from noise and downtown traffic. Close to arriving or departing on I15 fwy or getting to or from airport.Super friendly welcome from front desk. The hotel was exceptionally spotless and breakfast was delicious. The house cleaner was even super helpful & friendly!

The facility was clean and the staff was awesome. Very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. I loved the biscuits and gravy. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a coffee maker and microwave in my room. Some places don't offer that anymore. The view of the mountains was gorgeous. And the best part is that the hotel is next to the premium outlets. I didn't have to drive all over town to shop. I will definitely be going back to the hotel again. Thank you for making my stay great.

There is no parking by front entrance (except for handicapped), so we parked in back near the back entrance. However, the back entrance is kept locked so before you can check in you have to walk around to the front of the building to enter (in 110F temperature). I think this is very inconvenient. Also, they charged an extra $20 for "incidentals", which they said would be refunded but now more than 24 hours after checking out this has not been refunded.

The Receptionist Jason was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Great Customer Service….We arrived 4 hours earlier than expected and he was able to check us in within the hour. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was very hot and good. Our room was very clean, no hair found anywhere which is a big plus for me because usually I’m always finding hair in the sheets at hotels. We were 10 mins away from the Strip and 3-5 mins away from Walmart, Old Navy and other shops. The Manager of the property was so friendly and helpful as well. Oh and housekeepers even asked to service our rooms, which I haven’t seen in awhile since after the pandemic. Everyone was professional and we will return next year.

This place is amazing the whole staff from the front desk to the housekeepers were extremely nice!!! The hotel is very clean and quiet. Close to the airport I had a early flight and I didn’t have to get up early to make it to the airport on time!!! Great if you are traveling with little kids and need some time away from the busy strip. In walking distance of plenty of restaurants and the outlet mall!! I would definitely stay here again!!!

The breakfast is really good! Fresh made food and very much organized. The staff is always very welcoming, and they make sure you get everything you need.

It's not that I did not like this, but it was very frustrating. My blow dryer went out and started to smell like burnt so I called front desk and the man that answered was very polite and said he would send someone to bring me a new one (I heard him call someone), waited about 20 minutes never came, I called again and it was the same man and he was also very upset that no one ever came and that he would call someone again. Waited another 15 minutes, no one came so I went down to the lobby and the guy in front desk was very upset and very much apologized. He was very nice and respectful. He was amazing! Just something small, but other than that this place is amazing!
