Everything close by, restaurants, grocery stores, fuel, WM, Lots of shopping options. Staff very friendly. Room was nice, beds comfortable. Parking outside the side door with easy card entry. Large breakfast until 10 AM; large private computer center; weight room. Safety bar in tub area. New microwave, larger size fridge compared to other hotels

Toliet very low for someone with double knee issues. Getting to the hotel's street from Interstate 75, you have to go up and do a U-turn every time at a large intersection. Area is very congested but has lights that control the traffic.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly but unhelpful for my issue.

I made the mistake of turning on a UV flashlight. Although the bed and bed linens were clean, ALL of the walls and the whole part of the toilet under the bowl were filthy with human fluids. There was no manager there to address the issue. Fortunately we were only staying one night. We avoided touching surfaces as much as possible.

The location. The room was nicer in person than what it showed in pictures. It was set up nicely and plenty of room for 2 people, even with the spa tub in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower, as well.

We had to wipe down a lot in the room. Unsure of when it was last occupied because it was very dusty and didn't look like it was cleaned properly in some time. Also, within a few minutes of showering, there was a terrible sewage smell.

We were driving cross country and liked the ease of access from the highway, the location is on a quiet side street in a neighborhood that is surrounded by many other restaurants and stores. Lots to choose from if you want to go out to eat or pick up something to go. The woman checking us in was so incredibly nice and welcoming. Wish I could remember her name!

Our non smoking room had the faint smell of smoke in it.

Liked: the proximity to where we needed to go; comfortable bed; clean and very nice bathroom facilities.

Surprised by the plain appearance of the location and building, and difficulty in getting to this location. Limited Breakfast was a little confusing as to arrangement of items and did not see juices or water. Fire alarm went off about 8 a.m. which was okay as we were already to go to breakfast but noise was deafening. Called and it was resolved quickly.

Room/Value was awesome, I don't think we could have gotten a better deal. Beds were comfortable, room was larger since it had a couch and two queen beds. Breakfast was fine.

Location is fine but a little harder to get to. Connecting street doesn't allow cross-over traffic so you have to drive down to the next light to come back the other way. I had a trailer with us so it made it a little more difficult. If you have a trailer its not the easiest lot to park in, but we managed.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was good.

The mini fridge in my room did not work and the carpet close to the air conditioning unit was wet. The room felt a bit damp because of that. We asked to change rooms but the hotel was full. Said best they could do was take $20 off the bill. Felt they could have done better than that. It was too late in the day for us to go elsewhere so we stayed.

The staff was great, nice, and polite. And very helpful. Their breakfast selection is really good. You don't walk away hungry. Something there for everyone to eat. Loved our room it was cozy but so spacious we didn't want to leave.

The door to the parking lot was next to us. So we heard the door being open and closed at all hours.

Shower was beautiful ! Hot tub good, room clean. A little too dark. More lighting. But over all nice room. Good breakfast.

A little dark for me as for as getting ready for the furneral. I love the dark for sleeping . but the lighting in the room needs a little brighter. Just my opinion... Oh no fan in bathroom...

Great desk folks, room was very clean, the beds comfortable. Except for noisy neighbors, the room was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

Had to switch rooms immediately upon arrival, as the room was being air conditioned to 61 degrees, outside was cool, and when I tried to turn on the heat, the circuit breaker for the unit popped. Alice at the desk was great, and found me one of the very last available rooms at the place. However, we had a couple in the middle of a big fight somewhere near us which went on, and on, and on... I certainly don't fault the property for THAT, but I didn't like it, and it resulted in a very short night sleep-wise. Price was higher than I thought it should be, but in line with other properties in the immediate area.
