Traveling to Maumee from Detroit with my daughter since her father lives in Ohio. I like this hotel a lot . I love the location & being behind the Honda dealerships makes it very secluded. It’s a cul de sac of hotels there. The pool is so amazing & eventhough the hotel wasn’t as pristine clean as my first stay, I will stay again! Staff is excellent! Free breakfast is tasty . My daughter had fun in the pool & the staff was very accommodating to my special requests.

The man who answered the phone, when I was simply inquiring about the pool being open. He started asking about “who is coming” & explaining that people bring people to the hotel to use the pool who are not staying at Comfort Inn. His tone was all wrong & that concern had nothing to do with me. Such a teachable moment for him to learn how to speak to patrons with care and not sound accusatory or biased. The elevator & the floor needed to be mopped especially in the elevator. First floor of hotel had a weird smell this time that wasn’t chlorine.

Very clean, supplies in room were well stocked, nice parking lot (well lighted). The breakfast was well done and the man that keeps the dining area stocked and clean is awesome! The breakfast starting at 6:00 a.m. was extremely helpful when softball games started early.

The wireless was a bit sketchy. Even though I was travelling with family I received a call where I needed to check an issue at work, and I ultimately had to switch to my phone as a wireless access point.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly at checking. We were there for travel baseball tournament and will go back there again. The breakfast was decent, although the time they have vay differently from other hotels that have a longer breakfast time. Nevertheless, enjoyed the stay. It was close to some good food restaurants as well.

The person who was cleaning rooms didn't speak English at all and I was asking for kleenex and he had no idea what I was talking about, I had to grab it from his cart. But, he did smile and say sorry "no english" nice young man.

It was a little light, but ok. Bacon would have been nice.

We came in one afternoon & I had a stomach discomfort so I stopped & grabbed 1 yogurt. Immediately a kitchen staff came up from behind me and admonished me in front of my husband & another gentleman. It was embarrassing to say the least. I thought about packing up & moving to another hotel where the employees have more respect for their customers. Overall we had a great stay there, but I’m not sure I’ll be back. I informed the sweet lady at the counter, but felt the need to repeat it here.

The king suite was very spacious and the bed wasn't tall, which makes it easier to get into. Powerful flushing toilets, big tv, nice furniture, highly recommended to anyone.

There really wasn't much. Only things that come to mind are the pool being cold, breakfast lasting til 9 and not 11, but that's not a major deal, and the vending machines are not card accessible.

Loved my room by the stairway on the second floor! Heating worked well. It was a happy treat to have the guest soaps in a round shape that fit so well in my arthritic hands! Breakfast good, although I'd like scrambled eggs better.

We asked for more towels in the morning the lady at the desk mad a face and said we'll I can ask they already have their assignments. We got back to the room and nothing. I had to go ask for more towela. They could have stopped in and dropped off towel. Not like we asked for everything to be cleaned.

Some staff not pleasant. Check in question asked what time you would arrive for check in and when we got there we were told to return at regular check in unless we were part of a wedding in a very rude way. Not a problem but could have been nice about it. Hotel was fully staffed. It was less than 1 hour before check in time. When we returned police were in the lobby with a mentally ill man.

Location was exactly 8 minutes from everything I needed to visit. Bed was super comfortable. We slept past breakfast time. I was going to use pool with my kids, but time got away from us again. I will stay again for sure!

Room had a very slight odor, but after turning air on to colder temp and febreeze, it was fine.

Clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly and responsive. Bed and pillows comfortable. Decent shower.

Location is ok, close to turnpike and there is gas and a Kroger right there. Way into complex is a bit wonky but ok once you figure it out.
