Good parking. Comfortable bed and clean room. Fridge. Generally quiet although some drunk knocked loudly at a nearby room at 2:00 am but that can and will happen anywhere. Gym and pool seemed nice (although some lady had her dog on a float which I'm assuming staff didn't know). When we got there it seemed like a party hotel with a million young adults everywhere but the front desk lady seemed annoyed by it and after changing and coming back down there was a security guard and no young people so I'm assuming they weren't guests and were cleared out.

TV was smaller and the elevator stopped a lot on the way down but that happens in all vertical hotels.

Very nice and clean Hotel with comfortable beds. Breakfast is good drinks and coffee are served. Waiters are very kind and helpful. If you prebook your breakfast you get a nice discount. Beds are very comfortable. We wanted a quiet room at upper level. I forgot to let the hotel know my wish but they solved it the receptionists were really helpful and patient. I definitely recommend this hotel.

There is no minibar but instead they are offering drinks and snacks in a small self service shop behind the reception. More variety of drinks would be better.

I lost my phone on my flight to Atlanta. The staff made sure I was awake to make sure I made my next flight; they also called me a cab to get to the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. Without them, I don't know what I would have done. They definitely went above and beyond. The man working that night was dealing with some unruly guests at the same time I needed assistance and he still had a smile on his face and handled himself perfectly.

I requested a early check in and arrived 1 hour before the official check in time of 3pm. I was denied the request and didn’t arrive to hotel again until 10pm. Upon arrival the front desk told me that they didn’t have any more king rooms. I was so disappointed that I refused the room they offered and drove back home 300 miles at midnight. They claim that booking.com overbooked the rooms. However, there were customers coming after me being admitted to king rooms.

It’s was just a nice quiet place to lay our heads.

The indoor “heated pool” which we got the hotel specifically for was to cold. After about 5 min my 2 year old was done. There were also no towels available for the pool and 1 towel in our room. Our plan was to literally never leave the premises. We wanted a nice quiet day with our baby who loved the water. We had to find alternative activities.

Very clean and friendly. The rooms were comfy and nice. They did a free late check out. The breakfast was great!

They lied about a shuttle to the airport. The reason we chose the hotel was for the hassle free shuttle! I called to confirm 2 days before arriving and they said they "just stopped it" when we arrived. They did a $5 room upgrade but ultimately we pd 30+ to go one mile to the airport. The gym needs fans but was pleasant other than that. You can't walk around to a restaurant or place for fun with the highway and fencing.

Front desk employee, Tom, was amazingly helpful and trying hard to solve guests problems. I liked him so much. Room is clean. Free water bottles is a big positive

No breakfast buffet, only menu and even though No breakfast at all on weekdays, COVID restrictions is almost over and this hotels taking the advantage of this as an excuse. This is a Big negative in this hotel ! I wish if there is self service lundry which regular guests can use. No microwaves in the rooms or even the same floor, you should go down to the lobby for that. Grocery canteen needs a refill !!!

The cozy room. I love our view and our room. We were located on the 10th floor and we could open our blinds and look outside to see downtown Dallas especially at night. It was nice. The bed is to die for. So soft.

Well I didn’t like the area so much. It’s not bad but it had a couple of strangers hanging outside of the fence by the hotel. Also I didn’t like the fact that we wasn’t aware of a biker convention.

Everything about the Hotel was exceptional. All though there is a lot of traffic of people coming in and out of the hotel at all times of the day, it did not effect our stay.

The main entrance drive way was blocked by un occupied cars. There was no one directing traffic or helping arriving guests with luggage for check in or check out.

I booked last minute and was not aware of the incidental fee. The man at the front desk named Will was extremely friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions.

The room was too humid for my liking. I had to set the thermostat down to the 60s, just to make it feel comfortable. The elevators are a little scary to ride, a little bumpy.
