The breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious. I love the view from my balcony in my room. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, and one of the best staffs that I have ever encountered and I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels and this staff is the best hands down. I also enjoyed the outdoor seating areas.

The prices of the food in the restaurant were a little high so not so good if you’re bringing hungry teenagers, lol it would be cheaper to order outside the hotel. The room could definitely use updating like the bathroom door, the tub, floors, and sink fixtures. The water pressure could definitely be better and housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room but I could tell that the floors were not swept or mopped. Also it would have been nice if the pool was available.

The staff were amazing and so welcoming! Very clean room! Everything was so perfect! The bar is super nice! We had a room with a balcony and it was facing the beautiful city! We will definitely be booking again in a couple weeks for our next trip there! Also very great location to everything, absolutely no complaints.

Clean, lobby area with pool table was nice. fettuccine was amazing! Rooms were comfortable and spacious. front desk staff were amazing.

I was disappointed that there was no tea for breakfast. gym caught on fire one day. housekeeping could have been a little better. would like more towels per person.

Check-in was super easy and quick. Got a room with an Awesome city view and was able to watch fireworks from our balcony All night across the city.

One way in, and one way out the hotel. Only 2 elevator's, but luckily the hotel was pretty empty during our stay, so we had no issues with waiting.

When booking, the description of the room said “2 bedrooms”. On check-in, it was said that the room was only a 1 bedroom but considered “2 bedroom” due to the pull out couch making into a bed. fortunately this worked out for our family but could have put us in a bind in other circumstances.

the pool was dirty leaves every water was not clear it was mucky also the key system was down my entire I couldn’t really leave out my room or enjoy everything how I wanted.

Totally awesome experience it was my birthday and my kids first time staying at a hotel, i have 4 month old twins so it really meant a lot to me to be able to access a double bedroom with a balcony! my family had a wonderful stay, can’t wait to return!

The property was clean and up to date. The room was a nice size.

Had requested not have turn down service since our stay was a short one but the maid had cleaned the room anyway and took our wash clothes. We had requested replacements twice at the front desk but didn’t receive anyway.

My room was great . I had a suite . It was very clean , the bed was Very comfortable. The living room was very spacious. The staff is very friendly and very helpful . We ordered dinner at the bar food was great ! We were nervous it would be bad but it was a really good burger ! highly recommend staying here
