I liked the fact that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I called the front desk multiple times and they always answered and dealt with my issues promptly. And even gave me a new room cause of the issues. Loved my bed and room.

My room was cold and the heater was not working properly. I had to call the front desk 3 times cause the heat would not come on. After the second call they just switched my room and turned the heater on for me. The bathroom faucet was leaking but not to bad it just drips.

Location,facility and access. Close to I-20 but exceptionally quiet. Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Many shopping centers to choose from. Great desk personnel very quick to answer any questions and very knowledgeable. Also good with directions. She has a great personality and friendly with the guest children. (10+)

The two remotes to operate the TV. Very confusing process that we could not master. (We did not go there to watch TV)

Inexpensive...and on the freeway. Free breakfast in the morning We were moving across country and had a U-Haul towing a car. We arrived late and the front desk person let us park right at the front door. We really appreciated that.

I should have booked through the hotel website to get the military discount.

Comfortable beds, large rooms, comfortable air conditioning, good breakfast. Easy to get in and out. Very willing to work with me on early arrival (2 PM). plenty of parking. Very close to the freeway. All in all are good experience.

the beds were extremely uncomfortable!! mattress was way too hard. even after staff put a mattress topper on it was still very very hard. I actually hurt after sleeping on it.

The location was set back enough from the road for no road noise. The bed was very comfortable, especially for someone like me with scoliosis. The room was surprisingly large, with a separate couch/hide-a-bed living room area, as well as the bedroom area. Restaurants within a two block-walk, as well as a Wal-Mart/Lowe's across the main highway.

The bathroom fan and light switch were the same, so you couldn't have one without the other. The bathroom tub had been spot-glazed for repair issues.

It was clean. Room was phenomenal in size and very comfortable. The front desk hot was very nice. And helpful.

They need to refresh the frozen snacks. The ice cream was melted and refrozen. Very old. So I was not able to purchase it.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. Gave me an extended check out, as I traveled 3400 and drove for 1.5 hours. Slept great. Cleanest hotel room I have had, and at 60 thats a whole bunch. Ill stay here again anytime.

The location was a good distance from the interstate noise. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and well attended. The managers were all very friendly and helpful.

The only concern I had was with the billing. For some reason I was billed a higher amount for Saturday night. This might have been an oversight, but I was just curious. Maybe I will see a credit issued on my statement?
