Room very clean, well maintained, lighting excellent, good TV channels, very nice very hot water, great coffee in room & refrdge.

This is the only complaint I have regarding my stay - I was next door to one person coffin all night on one side of the room, plus on the other wall where the TV located I could hear the persons tv next door continuously & this was very annoying. Change that to "somewhat annoying." None of these could be helped, unless the house policy could be changed, that is make a policy to NOT set rooms adjacent to other customers, ESPECIALLY when there are few customers for a single night stay.

Just had rent a room cause my lites were out room was ok an reasonable price

When went to check in had to wait at least 5 mins there was no sign up saying they will return. Another thing my son's school computer charger was left accidentally an when I called about it they said they didn't it but it wasn't at home but it's OK just bought another My husband gathered the things I ll be sure take part in next time

The front desk clerk was very helpful and super friendly when I checked in. A bulb was out in the lamp over the desk. Maintenance had already gone home. This person came and replaced it. I wish I could remember their name. My room was clean and comfortable.

No complaints.

Everything about the establishment was perfect. My wife and I spent 10 days there and dollar for dollar you can't beat them.

There was nothing there that we didn't like. From the front desk to housekeeping they had no problem on taking care of all our needs

I love everything about this super 8 in Tyler Texas I won't stay anywhere else and if I can't stay with y'all and y'all don't have room for me I don't stay anywhere I really really appreciate you guys

There is not anything I don't like about your establishment the people works with you I just love you to pieces

the staff was VERY courteous and accommodating. We had car trouble and had to leave it right in front of entrance doors. The manager was so kind and understanding and reassured me that it was no problem to leave it there overnight The pool was perfect for my kids to enjoy and the beds were super comfy. Would definitely return.

Very friendly service loved making the reservation on line and they hold the room for you until you arrive then you pay love that everyone had great hospitality too.

The mattress was very stained and they did give hand towels .

Staff was pleasant and friendly.

That there were dead roaches in my refrigerator and crawling out of phone. I reported it to front desk however didn't seem concerned. Pictures are listed below.

Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, cerial, yogurt, coffee, orange juice, honey buns. Bed was very comfortable. Towels were large fresh and soft, bathroom was 1st class. Nice shower/tub.

No hot breakfast options, scrambled eggs, bisquits & suasage gravy, waffles & syrup, sausage patties or links.

Very limited breakfast . 4 out of 10 value .

The parking area behind the motel where we parked was a mess . The parking lot has never been swept and there was a junked car parked in the visitors parking .
