Proximity to the friends we came to visit - great breakfast & clean & well put together rooms. Great continental breakfast!

The room had a bit of a faint odor - almost like someone had smoked in it, even though the property is no smoking. In room coffee maker was a little hard to operate.

The staff was friendly, especially the manager who worked on Saturday. They were short staffed & he had to fill many roles from overseeing the breakfast, front desk and housekeeping. He ROCKED! Breakfast had many options to fit your needs, rooms were clean and had enough space for a large family.

I loved the check in lady, the lady who put out the food and helped clean it up, and the check out guy. All the staff was exceptional & sweet! The rooms and everything we're clean! I would definitely stay here again! It felt very much like a home environment!

The only thing I didn't really like is how hard the bed was.

It was a beautiful facility! Huge atrium when you walk in, with the pool in the center. First impression was great! The staff was very friendly when we arrived really late in the evening. Got us anything we needed after we arrived. Breakfast was delicious! For the price, the space, the staff, the food...all of it 👍👍

We stayed here randomly since we were traveling. I'm so glad I followed my instinct against other hotels nearby. During our road trip it was 1 of the best hotels we stayed very clean and super comfy beds. When I say xlean I mean clean room. We didn't get to eat breakfast cuz of tiredness. The staff very friendly and the area where this hotel is located very safe and LOTS of stores, restaurants etc...

I love the location and comfort of the suite, nice and spacious

Booked reservations with Booking.Com and information was misleading. Advertised 2 king size bed and got 1 king size bed for handicapped room Definitely needed to 2 beds, so had to forfeit my handicapped room. The 2 beds only came in Queen Size

room was clean, quiet in bedroom. You can hear hallway noise in the living area, but we didnt have any one sleeping there so it didnt matter, might make a difference if someone sleeps there. Loved the pool and was such a treat after driving all day! Staff was great. the gentleman that was monitoring the breakfast area in the morning was awesome!!

The room had a bedroom and a living room. You could shut the door in between if you wished. I liked that there was a full-sized pullout couch. We also really appreciated the fact that there was a TV in each room. Traveling with kids that’s a big bonus!! The indoor pool and free breakfast added to the reasons of why we chose to stay here. We will stay here again!!

The breakfast was just ok. The cereal was clearly a generic brand. We have a child with food allergies and having food options that we know are safe is important to us. The milk was not individual, but rather a gallon jug of 2%. I was hoping that there would be a pot of pre-made oatmeal, but there were only packets and no way to measure the water/milk to add to it.

The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast provided was an added bonus which really helped us because there were quite a few traveling with us. Anything extra we needed was supplied without an issue. The pool was heated and nice after a long day out. The night front desk lady was really nice. My kids liked her a lot (they were regulars at the little market place in the evenings to buy candy and ice cream).

The wifi was acting up a bit but we understand that happens. We have the same problem at home sometimes.

The suite setup was great, breakfast was good, consisting of a variety of choices and the pool was open. The hotel is in a great location with a lot of nearby shopping.

I would have liked the pool to be in a more private location rather than in the back lobby area.
