The food was delicious and had a wide range of options at the breakfast buffet. The staff also took a lot of care to decorate our room and make it special. It was really sweet of them to go above and beyond. The teddy museum is also a great attraction located within the resort and you get discounted tickets if you are staying at the resort.

We were warned about jellyfish stings at the beach which made a it a bit disappointing that we could not enjoy as much. There was also a recent insect infestation at the hotel which required us to keep the balcony doors shut, which we only found out about after checking in. So we were unable to access the balcony even though we paid extra for it at the time of booking.

It's great they have a bridge to access the beach across the street, but you still have to walk a bit to Miami Beach. For a higher end hotel, it was disappointing to see/have: - lobby games is paid (tokens you purchase) - no water dispenser (there is one in the gym!) - charge of RM5 if you ask for cutlery to the room without room service.. - small amount of lounge chairs at the pool

Service was superb, all staffs are very friendly and helpful. Lobby was spacious. The pool is totally kids friendly, my 15-month old son enjoyed the baby pool a lot! Requested for a baby cot, and it's free of charge, satisfied mum indeed!

Slight disappointment as the link bridge is under construction, going to the beach opposite took us more time than usual, and the kids water play area was closed as well.

The view of my room is amazing, was surrounded by the ocean. Size of the room is also great.

quite disappointed that the room leaks when heavy rain. My room is just located next to fire escape door and not sure that night was too windy or other reasons, there was door banging all night from 2am till 4am which quite distracting and I couldn't sleep. I also think as a resort, facilities that it provided are very limited. Pool depth is not customers' friendly, ie, only suitable for kids. Overall, there is not much to do other than staying inside room

The staff is very kind, so helpful and always smiling. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was VERY comfortable. The breakffast was nice and there were plenty vegetarian and vegan options too.

This hotel desperately needs a makeover. For the price you would expect a bit more. The pool area is old and in need of some serious care, the bathrooms are clean but old and not very well maintained over the years. The SPA and restaurant are quite pricey for what they offer. The AC in the gym is not cooling enough making the workouts a nightmare. There is nothing around the hotel: no minimarket, no shops, no restaurants, nothing which means that you will only be about to get out of there by car.

Very clean. Really nice staff, always happy to help. Nice size room, with a good comfy bed . Decent, powerful shower. Fridge, safe, hairdryer, ironing board, etc . Plenty of sun loungers and towels. Decent breakfast and coffee.

We didn't like the invasion of screaming kids and parents who never told them off! At the weekend peace was shattered. People opposite our room had booked 5 rooms. Kids running up and down the corridor, screaming, banging doors etc. The breakfast room was overrun, things were spilt, not topped up. There was no chance of a swim. People were running around, jumping in the pool, screaming, playing ball and nobody tells them off!! This spoilt it for the customers who wanted to sit and relax....shame really.

1. Makan restaurant the dinner buffet is good, lots of variety and worth for the penny we paid, staff very attentive in the restaurant. Even in room dining the price is reasonable 2. Toiletries using branded Crabtree and Evelyn, products are nice but small bottle. 3. Room is clean. Space is ok. 4. Security is great, your hotel card only can use for ur level. 5. Room service is great, I call for extra pillows due to too flat even with 2, their workers sent to me even late at night. We left something in the hall they immediately found it and kept it for us. 6. You will get 2 free hot chocolate chip big cookies on ur arrival. 7. Free hotel sandals. Great teabag choices. You can find hairdryer, iron, ironing board, torch light, free plastic laundry bag. Basic stuff like fridge and safebox is available. 8. Great channels like HBO. 9. If you have children there's special fun pool for them. For adult the other pool is not so deep. 10. Teddybear museum at ground floor as in house guest u get 50 percent off. 11. Shower is enjoyable as water is very hot and volume for rain shower is nice, no need to turn on heater as it is automatic.

1. No private beach, need to walk across the bridge to opposite road and walk down a steep staircase (but security of the bridge is good as u need to tap with hotel card). Didn't know that as see from the photo thought the hotel is beside the beach. 2. Prefer on arrival someone guide us where's the lift. 3. Book for a king size bed but for me looks like queen size, my husband nearly fall off from the bed at night. 4. Far from town. But ya this is batu feringgi. 5. Parking need to pay RM3 per day. If u drive big car like my dad Mazda cx5 careful when enter the relative narrow entrance as you will easily scratch your side. 6. Pillow to be improve, too flat. 7. Tv very close to the king size bed.

First time being here and was impressed. First, the view from the lobby, just sitting there and watching the open sea. The interior seemed new and modern. There were 3 lifts going up to the rooms and quite fast. My room on the 9th floor with sea view and facing west. It's a combination of sea view and hill with greenery plus condominium and terrace houses, which was fine with me. When facing west, it'll be nice in the morning but you have to draw the curtain in the afternoon. The room had a terrace with a garden table and 5 chairs plus 2 lounge chairs. What I like about this terrace is that it's quite private. There's no adjacent balcony/terrace except above & below. Hence, we could have a nice private nasi kandar picnic on the terrace and watching sunset.. The living room had a comfortable 3 seater-sofa and 2 single seat sofa. In the bedroom, there's another single seat reclining sofa, very comfortable. For 3 pax, a single bed was provided in the living room. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and every day, part of the menu will be changed. The hotel is located near Miami Beach, just after Tanjung Bungah and before Batu Feringghi. It's quite a secluded area and not busy except the main road. Our stay was during non-peak season. Hence, I wouldn't know the situation during peak season. For example, the 5 storey car park was quite tight & small and charged RM3 per day. The swimming pool was very nice and clean but quite small. There's also a kid pool with water slides and a water bucket splashing water down. There's not much you could do beyond the hotel boundary, such as no shops and eateries, and to stroll on the beach. There is a bridge crossing the main road where you could access Miami beach, but personally, it was quite challenging. This hotel is best if you plan to stay within the hotel throughout your stay like us.

The size of the room was good. It was clean and comfortable.

There was a musty smell on my floor. The swimming pool was crowded and not condusive for adult swimmers.

Beds linen was excellent, bed was comfortable Xmas day dinner was excellent

Makan kitchen took very long to prepare food like 45 minutes. Ordering food in from the kitchen takes exceedingly long Checking in to the hotel took a long time. It feels like staff dont put enough urgency to get things done fast and efficiently. Communication between front desk reception and kitchen is not strong, as they did not get our request right when we requested for cutleries Advice: if it takes you 1 hour to prepare the food for ordering in, be transparent about how long it takes. Do not try to make customer happy by saint 30-35 minutes
