My third stay in this hotel and for the most part I had a great experience as always. Breakfast buffet is outstanding and rooms are clean and good sized. Best feature (for me) is the proximity to the international airport.

The only thing this time around was a very unpleasant check-out experience. I had already pre-paid for the stay upon check-in, so checking out was literally only a matter of dropping off the room key. There was only one rep available at the reception and she was busy with a couple checking in that had many questions. Other staff was walking by but none of them took the time for my check out. Eventually, the one receptionist was done with checking in the couple, but even though she saw me waiting there for at least 5-10 minutes, she ignored me and tended to the person that was in line BEHIND me instead.

10/10 staff - front desk was great on check-in and when I needed help with something, and my server at the restaurant was incredible! The grounds are super lush and green, the food at the restaurant was fantastic, and everything was easy. The air conditioning in the rooms is powerful! Kept things cool and dry even during hurricane weather. Literally across the street from the airport! I walked over on the way in and took the 3 minute shuttle on the way out.

The buildings and rooms are a bit dated and the hallways can be noisy/echo-y, but nothing that was a major issue.

The hotel was kind enough to let us leave our bags 3 days prior to check-in. The hotel is just across the airport (2mins walk) and is perfect if you have an early morning flight to catch or arrive late night to Managua. The staff was friendly. The hotel also provided us pre-packed breakfast as we had to check out at 4.30am for our flights. They even provided a free shuttle as we had bags :) Definitely recommend this place

Literally across the road from Managua airport. We had a 6am flight and were able to order breakfast to go for a 4am collection. The rooms were clean and all you need for an overnight stay before your flight. There are 2 pools which were absolutely jam packed with people having a great time.

Our room was far away from the pool so it was nice and quiet however I feel like rooms closer to the pool would be quite noisy. The food at the restaurant is ok. We couldn’t be bothered venturing out for dinner so that’s our own fault.

Location is great as just across from the airport departures. It can be noisy though as it is close to the road. They are responsive to picking you up at the airport when you have heavy bags. If you have just a regular cabin roller bag, just cross over the road and you are there.

I travel a huge amount and have stayed at hundreds of hotels. I have never had to wait so long to check in. There was only one person for check for each of my stays and he took at least 10 minutes per person to check in. With a line of people checking in, one can wait a half hour. It is not the individual, it is their computer check in system in that each time I have checked in, there is a different person but it still takes 10 minutes to check in. They spend the whole time on the computer so it is their computer check in system that needs to be streamlines.

This is a great hotel if you don't want to go into Managua which we we were told to be up to an hour drive with traffic. The best option if just want to be close to the airport for your flight the next day. The staff is very nice and helpful and the restaurant has good options so you don't have to go into town if all you're doing is staying there for the airport.

They have tiled floors outside the rooms where people drag their bags when they're going to early morning flights that wake you up. It'd be nice if they posted a sign to tell people to carry their bags as a courtesy. Also the cost of the room is high for Nicaraguan prices but that's because they know that you are staying there to be close to the airport.

Very nice facilities, well kept. I was there only for a few hours, it was very convenient to be right in front of the airport, literally you get there walking. We still set up the shuttle just in case to help us with our luggage because we have small children. They were very nice to pack a snack since we were not able to stay for breakfast. Room was specious, we didn’t use the pool because we checked in late and left early.

WiFi didn’t work in the work we were assigned to, we were too far from the main entrance.

Super convenient to airport when flight lands at midnight. Walking there is too easy and you’ll beat the shuttle bus queue. Staff good, rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast good. I thought the hotel would be a pit as doesn’t need to try too hard if most guests are hostage to flights, but it was really good - and set a good tone for Nicaragua as first in-country experience.

I had my shower at about 9am and there was no water left. Family showers earlier were fine.

Right across from airport, so convenient! We walked or they have a shuttle if you have a lot of luggage. Pool was nice, food was fine and service around pool was really good. We had one day in Managua while traveling between islands and back home and this was a great place for the convenience and to chill for an afternoon of reading but the pool. The pool got really busy in the late afternoon.

I loved that it was pet friendly. It was big and had two pools. The breakfast was very good. Staff was very professional, courteous, and attentive.

Needs mosquito zappers around the pool. I was having dinner around the pool area and was uncomfortable because of the mosquitoes. Bathrooms near the pool need to be kept cleaner and stocked with soap. Ran out of toilet paper in room.
