Location

The room , Booking.com showed me a very excellent room that made me book it, but when I arrived they gave me different room. Trick from booking.com in the pictures.

Location was amazing, especially views from the suite we booked on the top floor was the best you can have in Istanbul. Hotel is right on Bosphorus and very close to Ortakoy historic mosque, sea ferry service and Bosphorus Bridge. Views at night very magical. Room was clean and comfortable and larger than average with sitting area and enough room to accommodate 2 additional single beds. Heating worked well and room lighting was good. Top floor suite comes with a large balcony which was a big plus. We arrived early around 12 midday, but room was provided straight away, which was great. Breakfast was decent but could be better if wider variety of fruit and breakfast options. Staff were welcoming.

Hotel rooms seemed little tired, could do with an update, especially the bathroom, but still good, functional and comfortable. Pillows were too soft

The windows are not soundproof, and the air conditioning was just heating and you can't switch off

Very helpful and kind staff, a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous especially Kamer Good service. Nice and clean accommodation's. Highly recommendable hotel, Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked amazing and the breakfast was the best of the best of the best with the sea view . . Really nice breakfast spread. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Regards.

The bathroom does not have a ventilation system

The staff was very nice. The beds very comfortable. The Hotel has an amazing terrace and an amazing view. They gave me an upgrade and the room had an amazing view.

I think its a bit overpriced. For Tourist, they don’t have much information on tours, and the ones they have are extremely expensive. Suggestion would be to have more tours and information available to tourist. Need to improve the black outs for the rooms.

The location is outstanding. Steps aways from Ortakoy ferry terminal and the restaurants around it, bus stops, and taxies. Great restaurants at a walking distance. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious. Water pressure was excellent, and the shower head was great. Beds are comfortable. The hotel is very cozy and relaxing. They sent me a birthday cake. Welcoming Macarons and Mandarin were great and fresh.

The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. I always got a friendly wave and smile every day from them. The bed was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel is on a very busy street so if you want peace and quiet forget it. However if you want to explore lively Istanbul it is perfectly placed.

My room was lovely and spacious! Definitely better than a small room. Lovely staff especially at the reception, spoke perfect English which is very good.

If ur room is facing the club ruby especially on a weekend it may be noisy to fall asleep. I found stains on my duvet and towels but asked for new ones without causing a fuss.

One of the best location in Ortokoy,it is a minutes' walk from the ferry terminal . breathtaking views from the room that we had.overpriced , however,it's the location that one pays for. Property is old,at times the wifi and air-conditioning were giving problems. The staff ,however,are very cooperative and helpful and doing their best.Excellet staff.very kind and helpful.

Prices are high, however given the location,they are less then the surrounding luxury hotels in the area.
