Good sized and modern room and great breakfast. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a bus route to the town centre. No street noise and I slept well. There’s a good pub/restaurant with loads of tables and an extensive menu right next door.

The water pipes from other rooms pass through the walls, so it’s a bit disconcerting & noisy when others are showering etc. It’s also not that central, about 15 mins walk from the south of Tartu old town, but is on a bus route.

This hotel is easy to reach, good Parking solution, friendly staff.

Perhaps a little too far from City centre if you plan to walk and weather is not optimal ( but it was completely sunny during our visit)

Room was clean, for one person it had enough space and a double bed, has personal bathroom and toilet There is 24-hour someone at the entrance to help or to do the check-in/out

The sink is very small and is next to the toilet so it is difficult to stand in front of it

The room was nice and rustic. Jacuzzi was top. Location was close enough to everything.

The top shelf was covered in dust. Breakfast was very average for the price, things were running out. No proper curtains so the room was bright early in the morning.

We spent just 1 night; we were five of us with 3 kids and we stayed in the apartment in the back of the hotel. We arrived by car; there was a big free parking space just in front of our window. The hotel is in walking distance from the city centre. There is no restaurant for dinner in the hotel, but the next hotel does have it and as I said the city centre with lots of restaurants is close. Several huge shopping malls are close as well. The apartment has two bedrooms; and a living area. The apartment has a bathroom with WC and also a separate WC. The apartment was clean, except the windows. We were not invaded by mosquitos although we left the windows open when we were walking in the city.

We stayed with breakfast that was served from 08:00 but when we went there at 08:15 the dining room was completely full; we could not find a free spot. OK, maybe it was an unusual situation as a full bus group of old people stayed also in the hotel. We were not able to switch on the sauna next to the bathroom; we did not go for assistance.

Room was on par with the expectations. Clean and fitted with all needed items. Breakfast was really really good value for money - so when 50:50.. go with the breakfast : )

The batteries on the TV remote were almost dead.

Perfect location to participate in Tartu Rattaralli race. We could park our car in the hotel's parking lot during the race and use their facilities for clothing change later. Rooms looked to be renovated since our last visit a year ago, everything was clean and nice

Air conditioning would be a good option, however, it was not installed. Not a real issue in late May, though.

Very affordable, customer service was very good, rooms were ok size and it was nice to have a sauna. Good beds for 5 people and an old sofa bed for 1-2. Shower wasn't well cleaned but the room was clean enough. Fridge was big. We didn't try the breakfast.

Very nice building and big comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. It was cold outside but it was super easy to get warm in our room using a thermostat.

The location is quite far from the center, but on the other hand, it is also super chill. The price might be a little bit too high.

The hotel has an excellent location in that it is not too exposed to traffic and only within about a 15-20 min walk (in good weather) from the downtown area. The room was kept clean and all the necessary amenities were provided. There was even a fridge in the room. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The buffet breakfast seemed to me to be somewhat pricey, but there was a certain range of options for almost everyone. Bacon and eggs were very good.
