I really appreciated the warm and welcoming staff, especially the breakfast hostess, who brightened our morning every day with her friendliness. The room was spacious, clean, and the hotel is conveniently connected to the shopping mall - perfect for rainy days or an easy outgoing. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee strong, and there were rice cakes available for those who don't eat bread - a small but thoughtful detail!

The only thing that made our night uncomfortable was the pillows. The filling was clumped into knots, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. They should be probably replaced, as they seem quite old.

Nice room( bigger than usually is standard rooms ) , nice shower( big enough, Im 6”4 or 195cm ), new, clean, big tv, big wardrobe cabinet, extremely good air-conditioning. I talked about it with totally strangers at breakfast table and also they all said they slept so well. It wasnt cold it wasnt too warm and it was just good air and no tired feeling in the morning. Very good and fresh products for breakfast. Really good. Also great is that the building is connected to biggest shopping center “Lõunakeskus”. Easy to go in as the entrance is just around the corner when you go out from hotel main door to the right side.

The rooms are absolutely excellent. Comfortable, spacious, lovely skyline views. Attached to a shopping centre, everything, including a movie theatre are accessible. Breakfast menu is plentiful. It is a delight. Rooms are clean, service is fabulous, and polite. Kudos to the people working there.

The only damper to my stay was the breakfast table. Now, the food was delicious. Well-stocked and well made. However, whilst sitting in a table by the food area, it became apparent there is a minor hygiene issue that is not really the hotel’s fault but rather to be blamed on unruly guests. The tables were cleaned quickly and pristine. The guests, however, let their children roam free to the food distribution area, and trice I got to see a child grab a spoonful of jam, or honey, lick it clean, and jam it right back in the food. Now, I believe in reasonable parenting and staff is likely not able to keep an eye on things at all times, but that is simply unhygienic.

The hotel has a very good location, not too far from the centre. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. When checking in at the hotel, the receptionist located us on the higher floors of the hotel, which was nice. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall in which you can find clothing and food shops. We were really happy to see local products at the breakfast.

The breakfast can be arranged better. The flow of people was quite big and the common cutlery became dirty fast.. with the oil from sprat 😁 which wasn't pleasant. Also, it would be nice if the bread choice was better, as it was only from mass production.

Everything was new, stylish and clean. Free parking in front of the main door (additional free parking places in the shopping center parking hall). Easy indoor access to shopping center. Frequent bus connections to the city There is one free bus (route 69) available, which has a stop right at the hotel entrance. Unfortunately bus 69 goes only once in an hour. On my return trip from the city I could not figure out the right stop for 69 and used other bus line (1,50 euro) instead. Google maps is of great help here because it guides you to right stop and bus. Payment in the buses goes easily by just by sweeping your bank card in the reader.

The location is at the ring road quite far from the city center. The surrounding area does not offer much delight for your eyes. Breakfast was sufficient but rather modest compared to most Estonian hotels in the same category.

The hotel is outside of central Tartu, next to a large shopping mall. It seemed to be very popular with families with small kids. The city centre is easily accessible by car or by bus. The room was nice, comfortable and clean, the wifi worked well, breakfast was good (although almost the same every morning), the free parking lot was huge.

The staff didn't seem to know well the area - when I asked how to get into the city centre by public transport, they only suggested a shopping mall shuttle with quite a limited route, when in fact there is a bus stop about 5 minutes walk from the hotel with several options.

Breakfast was nice and as expected, food was great in taste and looks. Staff did know that I was there for my wedding aniversary, when we arrived in our room us was already waiting cold bottle of campagne, which was very nice and was not expected. Big thanks for that!

The only thing that I did not like was bed, but it's very personal thing, I do prefer hard mattress, in hotel where very soft mattress. I don't see it as bad thing, as it's very personal matter.

The hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be near the city but not 100%. The room is very cozy and clean. It is also directly connected to a big shopping mall with a cinema which is nice if you want to have a movie night. I can 100% recommend the Fii restaurant which is in the hotel as well the taste of the food is stunning with a great service. The service overall is also very nice and friendly.

The only negative experience we had was while checking out. We had to do an early check out due to a family emergency. This caused us to leave 4 days earlier then our planned leave. While I went to check out was I confronted by 2 front desk workers who were kind of annoyed that we are checking out early. They took the room keys, ignored me for 2 minutes then looked at me annoyed and told me that the stay is not refundable ( which I expected). I told them that I know and was send away with a „that’s it bye“ This was in my personal opinion very unprofessional handled and 0% customer oriented.

Breakfast included good variety of foods and fish, bakeries were delicious. Lactose and gluten free options available. Rooms were very tidy and spacious. Lots of storage room, also fridge. Beautiful big mirrors in the room. Restaurant seemed really nice with good food. 24h reception, friendly staff. Convenient parking lot. Big shopping mall right next to the hotel.

Caffe latte and cappuccino options not available at breakfast table, must pay extra for them. There were not enough hangers for bathtowels in the bathroom. Only one hanger for all the towels. Also, the showerhead was weird - water did not flow equally.

Nice and modern room interior, good breakfast buffet, free parking, direct access to the shopping centre. We also arranged an extra bed for a kid to be put into our room (however, this was additional cost for each night).

Extra pillows would be needed. A shower curtain instead of a shower cabin didn't seem appropriate for modern 3star hotel, also no toiletries as shampoo & conditioner were available. A kettle or coffee machine in the room would be nice.
